I took a cab from Boston Logan Airport to my hotel. The driver was on the cell all the way to the hotel. When we get to the destination, not only he added a few dollars on the counter, but also kept repeating he wanted his tips. He does not deserve tips.

Early last Friday morning, I received a voicemail on my cell from a Boston Company Cab driver who called me hoping that I would recognize the owner of a cell phone he had just found in his cab. The cell showed a recent call to my phone, and the driver asked if I might know whose phone he had found. If taking the time to locate the owner thru checking the phone call history wasn't amazing enough, this very thoughtful driver then drove some 10 miles to deliver the phone to the college student who owned, and greatly relied upon, this phone. With everyone watching every penny in today's difficult economic environment, this driver's kindness and honesty in helping others is applauded and sincerely appreciated. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, concern and honesty, Sarkis!

the taxi driver failed to give us a receipt, the business card, and did not take our luggage. he also overcharged us.
