While I like Dr Gravitz very much and the dential hygienists in his practice, his Office Manager should be fired for harassment. The woman does not stop calling. She calls me 2- 3 TIMES A DAY. I CAN'T STAND IT. I'M DEALING WITH CANCER RIGHT NOW AND SHE WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!! Her daily phone calls to me at home and on my cell phone has gone on now for 3 weeks. Stop the madness already I recommend Dr Gravitz but any new client needs to realize they will be hounded, pestered, and tormented by Dr Gravitz's Office Manager.

Last week I took my four year old daughter for her first dental appointment. At the appointment, my daughter got freaked out, I was insulted, and an incomplete exam was completed. It was a bad experience for us all. Unfortunately, we were told that my daughter needed to have a root canal and crown put on a tooth so we had to find a different dentist to complete the work. That is when we stumbled upon Dr. Gravitz's name. Boy are we glad we did! After hearing about our situation, Dr. Gravitz's office was able to get us an appointment very quickly -- within 48 hours. Once we arrived at the office, we were seen very promptly -- so that there was not a lot of lingering in the waiting room feeling nervous. Once we met Dr. Gravitz, he was able to reassure my daughter -- which was no small feat. And, he was able to re-assure me -- which was an even larger feat! He agreed with the diagnosis and the very next day we were back in the office to get a root canal and crown put on my daughter's tooth. During the course of the procedure, he was able to make my daughter comfortable and she did not feel ANY pain or tenderness during the entire procedure. Dr. Gravitz also explained his every step to my husband so that he felt comfortable, too. And, once he was able to get a closer look at the tooth (post-drilling) he realized that there was no need for a root canal -- so he skipped this procedure. This is, I believe, a testament to his integrity. We will definitely be returning to Dr. Gravitz and recommend him to other parents wanting to take their children to a pediatric dentist.

The hygienist mentioned is no longer in our practice, for the obvious reasons. Our receptionist has been made aware of the situation and has been working on her "people skills". We can not improve what we are not aware of.
