DO NOT RENT from Henry Moses aka Vanderleigh Properties aka Reaper Realty, Opillio Realty, Galron Realty (just a few of the names this criminal hides behind). They are neglectful or outright belligerent if there's anything you need. The hallways are filthy and decrepitating from neglect. They refused to treat a bed bug problem in the building. My ceiling collapsed from a water leak and they ignored my phone calls. The city finally had to come in and make the repairs. They've also stolen security deposits from several tenants in my building. HORRIBLE slumlords!!!

Be careful before renting from them (Vanderleigh Properties, Henry Moses Jr.). Their buildings are seriously neglected (dirt, rats, no heat) and they act belligerently once you are a tenant. See more info online at 114 East 1st Street Tenants Board
