Bank Of America

After several bad Banking experiences at other banks in the area. I signed up for an account here. The staff is friendly and helpful and actually make you feel as if you are important to them. While I can't say it's been problem free, all my concerns and problems as have dealt with quickly and professionally. When friends move into Baltimore this is the bank I send to them to. They are very good when it comes to electronic banking and the customer service can't be beat !
