Duane and Vinny did a great job helping to get me into a car at the price I wanted to pay and put me into a car that fit my families needs. Jeremiah did a great job helping take care of issues I had with my trade in. GREAT JOB ATLANTIC!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I both leased vehicles at Atlantic Toyoyta. We worked with Joe Handerhan(Sales)and Shermica Malcolm(Manager). As a person who does not like dealing with car sales, these two individuals were not only honest but pleasant and wonderful to work with as well. I would refer them to any of my friends or family. We both love our cars....Rav 4 and Tacoma.

Will B. was an excellent sales person. Not pushy, honest and fair with the price. He also took the time to give us a test drive and introduce the people at the service area if we need that in future. The other people at the dealership also did not push us on additional products but were very informative.

NO STARS WORST EVER Bait and Switch
Read the whole story it is worth it! Sorry for any typo's or spelling errors i am still very annoyed.
Justin Minarcik calls to offer me a price of $415 WITH TAX included in the payment on the model I am looking for it is $10 less than a price i was quoted at another dealer. I call back confirm this with JOSE Luis Hernandez. I ask for it in writing, well my manager won't let me put it in writing unless the customer is in the dealership. I make an appointment and request they have all the paperwork ready, I will pay the 1st month and DMV today and when the car comes in all i have to do is pick it up, the financial part is complete. (Again clear tax is in the payment aleady).
I call again the day of the appointment when I leave my house and repeat the previous conversation. I arrive and Justin is at the counter and asks the guy at the desk the price and they write it on a white piece of paper. and invites me to sit down. I am sorry he says, the price is $499. I explain he has 30 seconds to rectify this nonsense or i am leaving. He speaks to the manger at the counter and says sorry, his manager gave him the wrong price.
I leave. They do not seem bothered by the fact the customer just left. What they did is so wrong, and I think should complain, no one should have to waste their time like this. It was obvious that JUSTIN knew the price he was quoting me was FAKE the whole time. He was totally unprepared to do the paperwork, it was a joke.

I go back in and decide to ask for JOSE, as he also was very clear about the price including tax. I will no longer deal with Justin, and while he sees me come back in, makes no attempt to speak with me. JOSE invites me into his office and he looks up his notes in the computer. I request a print out of his notes, which he provides. The notes CLEARLY states $415 w taxes 1st montn and Dmv Down. then it says Tax. But it is unclear because it says taxes, first month and DMV DOWN, which we never discussed. he blamed JEREMIAH HUPKA for quoting the wrong price. Jeremiah is off today. Jose says "It is my job to get the customer in the store, I hate when they do this, it makes me look bad. I did my job i got you in" I told him to CALL JEREMIAH, which they claim they do and Jeremiah tells them the price is WITHOUT TAX, so 415, which they said is $499 ($452 is what it would be with tax). The guy at the counter (I did not get his name, maybe Serg or similar, black guy with accent). explains: They cannot do this deal because they do not have the car in stock and this price is too low on a car they have to get. I explained I was offered this price and told i have to come in, now they won't honor the price what do i get for my time - he says nothing. I asked if would mind if i explained that to the customers in the store he said, go right ahead I confirmed "you don't care if i post this online and tell all these people that i was told $415, and when i get here it is $499?" He said he did not care.
So i actually told some people sitting out in the open and they asked me some questions. Then three other people came out - another so called manager a woman and a sales rep. The woman starts off stating "New York State charges sales tax." I asked who are you? and that is the problem that I did not understand I have to pay sales tax. ( I have leased cars this way for 20 years I understand the tax). The "tuff guy" says he is asking me to leave, he is a retired cop and if i do not leave he will call the police. I said please call the police, I came here to buy a car, and I was given the bait and switch, which is illegal. He says we are not selling you a car we are asking you to leave.

The behavior of the employees of this dealership are deplorable. And they told me I shold complain online or to the news, but not in the showroom - after they told me I could complain in the showroom.

At this point I am wasting my time, and ready to leave, but he threatens me by saying I am disturbing the peace and I am threatening HIM and he is asking me to leave and is calling the police, He tells me he will have me arrested and held for 48 hours! Then another one of their idiot sales reps who just butts in says "why don't you go down the road and buy a KIA if you can't afford the car! " At this point I am 5 feet from the exit and would like to leave but why give them the satisfaction, but rather than be falsley accussed and waste more time I leave because I would never buy a car their. And you should not either. Also, you should know they own MANY dealerships and many other TOYOTA dealerships. Please research this and understand you can't make this stuff up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER or their other dealerships

I bought my first car at this dealership. A Toyota celica. What a great experience. The salesman was great. The service outstanding. I have recommended this place to friends and family, and will continue to. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from here when I'm ready.
