Located between two shopping centers, Philips Confectionery's candy is a neat little place. You won't know it's there unless someone told you about it or you look for it. They make all their own candies. The VERY best candy apples. My brother loves the caramel popcorn and I like the taffy. Stop in a try some you WON"T be disappointed.
