I recently started coursework in the web design program and there are good things and bad things. parking lot at night is okay. but the non credit teacher mostly talks about herself and her dog and her siblings. there is no text book at all and we are supposed to subscribe to an online tutor. the online tutor is better than the class. there is no structure. there are no text books. there is no syllabus. the personnel in the edgewood bldg are supposed to help you but they either cant or wont. i try to ask questions and someone named Pam is supposed to call me back but she never does. i am not going to return to this community college. they seem secure that they are going to make their money. they dont care at all about helping anyone.

The parking is ample. The teachers and staff were friendly. Almost all my teachers would give me their home numbers in case I needed assistance. The campus is easiest of the ones I've attended to navigate. The college is easy to locate right off of rt. 22. The book prices are comparable with all the other colleges. They don't offer as many online classes as most of the other local colleges.

PROS: Ample Parking
CONS: Not as many online classes offered

I am currently attending Harford Community College, in the General Education program, so I think the professors are good, but the worst thing about it is the parking. It is horrible. The computer lab is nice, but ots hard to get a computer most of the time because non-students use it. I am currently a student there, and out of the 5 professors I have had while attending there, I only liked one. The computer labs and classrooms are up-to-date in the tech department, which is very nice. The atmosphere is very nice. The location is easy to find, but finding all the different building can be confusing. If you have that problem, just ask a student, I'm sure most people will be willing to help you out. The teachers are almost all forgiving about someone being late. But, plan time one the first day to find parking and your classrooms!

PROS: Teachers, Class Times
CONS: Parking, Computer Lab Availibility
