I agree with the previous review 100%! There are only 2 pharmacy assistants at this particular CVS that are always nice and helpful, but none of them will acknowledge your existence if they are busy or helping someone else. The 2 female pharmacists are also nice but, again, do not acknowledge your assistance if they are busy. If they tell you that your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes and you decide to wait, you better be prepared to wait at least an hour. If you call in a prescription and there is at least one person in line ahead of you, you will also have to wait at least 20 minutes to get your prescription - even if it is already FILLED and waiting for you. I have always used CVS in other cities/states that I've lived in and have never had any experiences even remotely as bad as at the CVS at 6150 Franconia Road in Alexandria, VA.

I had the worst experience at this Pharmacy. I needed a prescription for a narcotic that the Pharmacist Assistant said that you do not carry. I asked if they COULD start carrying it, she mumbled that she wasn't going to order it because if I don't purchase my prescription from them, they will have to eat the cost! Her attitude was absolutely horrible and it wasn't the 1st time that I experienced her attitude! Now, I have been getting my prescriptions from CVS for many years and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. In addition, I notice that nobody addresses a customer when they walk up to the counter. What's the problem with saying hello and telling someone that you will be right with them? After all, we ARE the customers right? I certainty don't like to feel like I am being ignored, do you? I also noticed that when there is a problem with 1 customers order, it takes 2-3 people to handle it while others stand and wait! Are the employees that horribly trained that it takes more than 1 person to handle an issue? Someone in a higher management position needs to e made aware of this service. Thank you.
