My husband and I purchased our 2008 Chrysler Town & County from Mile One in Owings Mills. We had been researching online to purchase a used minivan and came across one that we thought was a great deal at Mile One. We worked with Jay and he was very pleasant to deal with. He asked us about our needs and wasn't pushy when it came to additional products and services. The sales manager on the other hand was not very personable and at one was just rude when telling us he couldn't work with a price we had proposed. The minivan was great, but the person who should have cleaned it did not do a very good job. I had to take it myself to have it detailed. I guess you have your ups and downs with car dealerships, and in the end we got what we wanted at a great price.

My check engine light was on for a few days and I couldn't ignore it any longer. Since I was driving right by the dealership I called to see if the could squeeze me in. No problem they told me. I was expecting to have to wait for a while but the service advisor came in a few seconds after I sat down in the waiting room - told me what needed to be and that it would take about an hour. No problem I had bought my laptop and could get some work done. 45 minutes later they handed my keys - the repair was under warranty and I was on my way. So quick and easy.
