Spotless Cleaning Service

I had a 9x12 area rug cleaned. John did a very good job . I would say that about 95% of the stains really came out. The only part of the rug which did't come as clean was the trim around the outside which was VERY diry but I will say overall the rug looks very good and I was very happy with John. I would definitly reccomend him to others....:)

I had a really good experience! My expectations were exceeded. My carpets look great and I am just so satisfied. John was friendly, professional and quick! I would most definately recommend him to anyone of my friends because I am confident that he will do just as good a job! I will actually be using his service again to do another room in my home. So happy to have found this service.

Before I called John I read every review. He had great recommendations so my expectations were high. I must say he exceeded them. He was prompt in returning calls to set up an appointment and he was on time for cleaning appointment. He was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects.
Most importantly...my carpets sparkle, He was able to eradicate stains that other companies had failed at time and again. I was resigned to replacing some area rugs. I was also afraid the carpeting would feel stiiff after cleaning. All of my carpeting looks and feels new!!! A true miracleworker and a wonderful person!!!

John was very good but he did not open up my closet doors and clean inside the closets.
If I was home I would of asked him to do that because now when you open the doors there is a black line where the dirt ended that was cleaned outside the doors. Otherwise carpets look good but I guess you must live and learn. Next time my husband will not forget the closets if I'm not home.

John from Spotless wasted no time in contacting me...asking about the job over the phone...quoting a price which I found to be fair and reasonable...confirming an appoiintment by the end of the day...following up to lock in the date...showing up on time and being prepared...doing an excellent job efficiently and professionally...and being a pretty good guy to boot. My apartment looks 1000% better. I should have called Spotless sooner. I have no reservations in recommending Spotless Cleaning Service.

John was very professional - new what he was doing and what he was saying aobut what he was doing. He was very friendly and may you feel comfortable. He was honest and open and i recommending that my church family use him whenever things need to get done and be done professionally.
