My husband has a seizure disorder and must be the only one with one in the area. Every time I refill his script, they are out of stock. Even though they know I am coming back in 30 days. The worst thing is that they never call to say they are out of stock! I made numerous wasted trips to find out I had to come back. One time, they said they must substitute the generic by law, but didn't have the generic in stock. This after saying they didn't have the name brand in stock either! It took nearly 5 days to get the pharmacy manager to finally give him a small supply of the name brand pills (once it came in) to hold him over until the generic came in. Once his dosing was stabilized, I switched to doing his prescription by mail order. Unbelievable that their lack of planning and concern could have caused my husband to have another seizure!

CVS Pharmacy in Agawam is the place to go for your prescription needs in Agawam. They are easy to get to and are almost never out of stock on the items I need.
The pharmacy staff are very kind and courteous. They have always had my presriptions in stock and in time!
