Shoddy work and they overcharge

CHF refuses to disclose their pricing prior to performing the service - they wouldn't even tell me how much they charge for a service call! My ceiling leaked 4 times after they "fixed" it and I paid almost $300 for the privilege. Take my advice and try a licensed plumber next time!

I had a water leak from a small busted pipe in my back yard that my husband kept putting off for almost a year. I saw ServiceMagic.com in the Metro and decided to try it. It was easy to use, and I quickly got a call back from Tammy at CHF. They were able to come by the same day at my convenience! The service representative Ray (Raymond) was very polite and knowledgeable. My repair was finally done. I have CHF logged into my cell phone and I will definitely refer them to anyone that asks me.
