W Salon

I went to the W salon on the recommendation of a friend who's hair I love. I must say a week later now I am not disappointed. I love my hair!! It is easy for me to style and the color is not fading in the least. Everyone I encountered at the W was friendly and extremely helpful. I knew this was the right salon as soon as I opened the door. They offered me a drink when I walked in, and I waited only 2 or 3 minutes before they took me back to meet my stylist. He was well informed and answered all of my questions, I feel like my hair is easier to take care of and do than it has ever been before. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I'm a recent transplant to Providence from the West Coast and I've tried a couple different salons in the area, by far The W is the best. My hair cut/color came out exactly how I hoped it would and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I'm definately going back!

I went to this salon about a month ago. It was my first time there. I thought it would be a great experience in a trendy salon. I went there for a cut and a highlight. I left 4 hours later with exactly what I didn't want!!! My highlights were completely the wrong color and to make things worse, the person working on my hair, completely fried my hair!!! I now have breakage and my normally curly hair does not curl and is frizzy and dry. The color is now growing out a horrible color. The products they recommended I use were terrible too and only made my hair worse. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who wants healthy hair. In addition, the staff seemed very unprofesssional and inexperienced. Please save your money, time and HAIR and do not go to The W Salon!!!

I had heard the ad on Hot 106 and thought I would give it a try. It truly is and was everything Deanna said it was. I can see why she hangs out there and calls it her favorite place. I had a cut and color and left very pleased and the price was very affordable. I will definately go back.

I went to the salon and had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and I love my hair. My hair was done by Jaclyn. She was very attentive and gave the best shampoos! I can't wait to tell my friends.
