Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

The service I receive from Kwik Kar is first class. Mr. Overton and his crew are very skillful and courteous. I have been seeing him for about 5 years now, with 4 vehicles, and every time I leave more satisfied than when I arrived. Thumbs up!

I arrived at Kwik Kar Lube right at 6:00 P.M. --- closing time-- to get my oil changed. The young men working there had every right to tell me they were closed, but they didn't. Even though I am sure they would like to have gone home, they were as kind and curteous as if I had arrived at noon. They didn't rush me through, they didn't skimp on the extras that go with changing the oil ( checking tire pressure etc), they did a great job with great attitudes. This was my first time to stop at Kwik Kar Lube, but it will not be my last!! Thank you!!!

For regular oil changes, I used to take my car do the only dealership which is in Cool Springs. Not very convenient for working on Charlotte. I started taking my car here about two years ago for oil changes and they made me aware of the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations which they said they could do in addition to the oil changes. I confirmed that they were being honest about the recommendations and then I checked the pricing which I found to be much better than what I would have paid the dealer. As a result, I now use them for all the work on my car which I try extremely hard to take care of properly. The only organizations that will let work on my car are those that I feel will treat my car the way I would. I have recommended and will continue to highly recommend this business on many occasions.

Being a female, I hate taking the car to get any kind of service done. My husband is not able to do it, so I'm elected. I especially hate to get my oil changed at these small drive-in, drive-out places that are usually greasy, grimy, have two chairs and are run by teenagers. Not so with Kwik Kar. You are always greeted with a smile by everyone that works there. The facility is clean, clean, clean. You have plenty of seating, lots of magazines to read, a neat playroom for the kids/grandkids, free coffee, but most importantly, a very efficient staff that can answer all of your questions and meet your automotive needs. You never feel "suckered" into getting a service you don't need and all the work done on my auto has been top of the line. I can always feel relaxed about any recommended services for my vehicle, and I would give them 10 stars for their expertly run shop. Thank you Kwik Kar for making my life a lot easier.

I used to feel the way many of these reviewers feel and have been going to Kwik Lube for years. My whole extended family goes here also since we all live close by. No longer...I went in for a routine oil change, their technicians damaged my car to the point where I need a replacement engine and will not take responsibility for any of it. I say beware and hope that nothing wrong happens to your car here, because if it does...It's going to be on you. See you all in court.

Terrific service. Comfortable, clean waiting area. Nice clean bathroom. Free coffee. Water fountains (adult & kid sized). Children's play room. TV (which seems to always be set to HGTV, but usually there's something interesting enough on to pass the time), plus magazines to read. They treat you right. They treat your vehicle right. They tell it like it is and don't feed you a bag of b.s. I am getting older and more ornery by the day and can be hard to please, I'll admit, but I cannot think of one single bad thing to say about this place.

These people are the most honest I have ever met. Twice they have told me what was wrong with my car and twice they have given me the best and least expensive way to repair it. I am so glad I've found them and recommend them to everyone. Honesty is hard to come by these days, but you can be confident that at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune they will treat you right.

Excellent customer service, quick, clean, honest. Have been having oil changes and other preventative services done on my van for about 3 years here. The management is consistent and the staff does a good job of recommending and not overselling things that aren't needed. I've been pleased and recommended Kwik Kar as a great place to have service.

I find Kwik Kar Lube and Tune to be such a wonderful and friendly environment. When I take my car in I look for outstanding customer service and detailed explanations of what's best for my car. Thomas and Gerry ar honest men who go out of their way for you.
