Blue Knob Auto Sales

I love the haggle free idea of buying a car. If you are looking for a warm personal buying experience, this place is not for you. If you like to buy without some idiot following you around the lot hounding you about buying, it is awesome. I bought a 2008 PT Cruiser for a great price.
That being said...
After doing the initial paperwork they send you to a warranty guy. This is where they haggle you. The person that I had the misfortune of dealing with was insulting and rude. He told me that if I didn't buy the warranty my car would break, yes he said break. Then I questioned the integrity of the product if he is trying to force a warranty on me. He changed his tune when I threatened to go somewhere else. Again this was not the initial salesperson.
2 days after buying the car I got a leak in my front tire, and discovered that 3 out of the 4 tires were inflated to 50 lbs, 6 lbs over the maximum of 44 lbs and 18 lbs higher than the recommended 32 lbs.
Another one of the tires now has a slow leak in it. I have called several times and have not received a call back to remedy this problem. They seem to take a very cavalier attitude towards their customers. This is a shame because they seemed to have a good operation going on.

We were so very impressed with the service and friendliness of all the sales team when we recently purchased our new Jeep.Not only did they make it stress free....it was actually an enjoyable experience! While we were processing paperwork, one of the sales people even took our dog,Daisy, who is a Great Dane/Mastiff mix (and not exactly easy to walk!) out on her leash so that we could complete our transaction. Way above and beyond what was necessary! We will tell all our friends about Blue Knob Auto. Bill and Katie Fultz

Just bought a car from Blue Knob auto sales. Selection was amazing, as were the prices. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently, and staff were all very friendly. I would highly recommed this company and will definitely go back.

Love our new vehicle for thousands less than we thought that we would pay. Our 3rd vehicle from them and still, will continue to do business with them
