I separated from the Navy on February 2009. The first thing I treated myself to was a citizen Eco drive watch from Hannoush jewelers of the Holyoke Mall. Big mistake! Obviously I need a deep water resistance watch, so this one had 200m. Within the FIRST WEEK I took it to the beach and condensation built under the crystal. I tried everything to let it dry out with no avail. So, on the 21st of February I took it to get it replaced after the crowns pin rusted and fell out overnight. They said it was external piece and wanted ME to pay for it, within 1 month of its 5 year warranty! I wasnt having it, I said it had water on the inside, and it wasnt going to brand new, like when I bought it, again. I wanted it replaced. They after a bit of non-communication, 7 months later they got back to me on SEPTEMBER 11, 2009!!! They offered to waive it, and but I didnt want to risk it again and requested it to be replaced. I have not heard from them after that day in September and it is now October 08, 2009. Im asking for a refund, and of course they are acting like they cannot hear me. I worked in retail and my mother has too for years, anyone can get a refund for anything, no matter what condition. Trust me on this one, PASS THEIR SHOP!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!

My husband purchased my engagement ring at this store many years ago. Lots of my friends who married at the same time have long since replaced their old rings because they had lost their lustre or attraction but I still love mine as much now as I did then. Still get lots of compliments on it. It has passed the test of time, along with the marriage it represents 22 years later!

anyone who raves about Hannoush is not a serious buyer. They enormously over inflate the retail prices and then discount it to a still higher than normal price to fool you into thinking they are giving you a great deal. Don't be fooled. There's a reason they're opening stores all over the place (huge profits). but then again maybe you like the oil companies!!!

My husband bought my diamond ring from Hannoush and we bought our wedding bands there as well. The quality of the diamond is so good that we have been offered considerably more for the diamond by other jewelry stores. Hannoush's prices are a bit higher than others, but worth it for the quality. Service was also friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

This is a sort of class place at a reasonable price, the gold gets my wife in and the price lets me stay. We have had a few rings made custom by their staff over the years and have been very happy. We bring in a piece to get repaired and they understand why and how it was done and get it back to us good as new.

My husband purchased my diamond engagement ring from Hannoush about 14 yrs ago. About 10 years ago, one of the stones fell out and was lost. I took the ring back to Hannoush and they replaced the stone for free! They also clean jewelery on site while you wait. All of their jewelry is beautiful and priced reasonably. I would definitely shop again at Hannoush.

Hannoush Jewelry has been doing business for a quarter of a century. I had never heard of them until about a year ago when I was looking for a charm bracelet for my wife. They have competitive pricing and I think that their jewelry is a better quality than what you see at your average Mall jewelry retailer. I like the fact that you can also browse selections at their website. You can even apply for a Hannoush store credit card at their website.
