ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service in the sales department after you purchase a car. They are all sweet and kind and attentive up until that point. After I bought my car they didn't seem to want to be bothered with all the problems I am having. I finally got in contact with someone 5 days after I had the car to tell them I needed these items fixed. The first question they asked me was did you get the extended warranty. I said no and that the car was still under the 30 day/1000 mile warranty. I wound up taking it to their location in Towson where I told the service guy all the problems going on with the car. I got my rental and was on my way.
I found out that the Westminster location came and got my car and supposedly checked all those issues. NOT!! I still have the brake warning light coming on that I get EVERY SINGLE DAY when I drive, I still have the shaking when the brakes are applied, I still have the clunking sound in the transmission when I put it in park. The only thing they fixed was the system malfunction light. How is it that I get the brake warning light EVERY TIME i drive and they don't? Are they driving it around the block or maybe not driving it at all.
They told me that the only items that would be covered were the MD State inspection items. I told them I did not buy a car that I have to fix. There response was "you should have bought the extended warranty". WOW!!!! Whatever happened to taking care of the customer. The only person who was kind during this whole problem was the lady in service but she couldn't do anything to help me with this issue.
IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM HERE YOU BETTER GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!! PLAN ON NOT GETTING HELP UNLESS IT'S A SALESPERSON WHO TALKS TO YOU WITH AN ATTITUDE AND THINKS YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.
Did I also forget to tell you that the car was listed at 11500 and when I got here they told me the car was listed at the wrong price and charged me 12400. There are some shady people here.

Saw an ad on ebay for a used truck. Sent an email to confirm truck was still there etc. Got a call back, 'yeah truck is here, great condition etc.' so made an appointment for a three hour drive from Jersey to look at the truck. At first we were shown the wrong truck (at twice the price) then the correct truck was found, after a test drive while discussing the price (listed at $8000) a sales manager walks over to interrupt...whoops sorry the truck is now for sale at $11,000. Why the $3000 dollar increase over the advertised price? His initial response was:"They had had it inspected for Maryland sales." Now they advertise providing this service for $150 dollars. When asked about the difference between the $3000 magic increase and the $150 cost he replied, 'well I think we can get more for it.' Tried calling the owner the following day but they would not take my call nor ever call me back. Avoid this place!
