I traded in a old car but in great condition and shape. I was told I was going to get top dollars for the car and found out later it would only be 500. I was told they took almost 3500 off the amount the carI was going to buy was worth and that was a total LIEE! I have had problems with my brakes and they told me it was just rusty and cleaned it up. I went three times to have them fix it and they did the same Sh*t over again. I went to a mechanic and he told me I needed new rotors! I told them that, and they just ignored everything I said. Also my two front windows stick and they put some grease on it saying its just from the heat. Well, BS because its obviously off the tracks and does not go up and down smoothly.
ZANE lies about everything. He lost my plates, and made up a whole story but in reality he just lost them. So i drove with an expired temp for a month. I was supposed to recieve a remote for my car which I still have not got.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. EVER. You waste many hours sitting there and waiting and they dont give a damn. So regret this place. DONT GO to the one in WOODBRIDGE.

As I had heard on the radio and then told on the phone, they were running special deals. They have banks to help rebuild credit was one. Also, I would get $5,000 above the trade in value for my car. Etc., etc. They told me this, told me that, bla, bla, bla. SO FULL OF S#@!. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Confused, doulble talking is what I recieved instead. Allen, your a dick. And your bosses that make you sell that bullcrap over the phone in order to get good people through the door, are bigger dicks. So beware. Everything you hear on the radio ad (the FAN ) is smoke and mirrors. LOTS OF SMOKE AND HUGE MIRRORS!!!!!

Tried to sell me the wrong car! After negotiating with two men who NEVER made eye contact and several times being told WHAT car I was getting- the one salesman brought out the paperwork for the CHEAPER model car. He then REFUSED to sell me the car he originally said I would get for the price I bargained with. Very unsatisfied with my experience. I will not return.

I also remember explaining to you that I was off Tuesday night, off on Wednesday and returned that Thursday to your messages. I will take responsibility for the entire Virginia title issues and its resulting delays on your New Jersey plates. I find it to be a shame that you can make statements about me when you and I have only met once in the store and our only other contacts were via the phone and your husbands frequent trips to see me. I paid your 1st payment to your bank, replaced the radiator for free, dropped off a loaner car at your house, detailed your Jeep and personally put your license plates on your vehicle. If you remember I also called you and told you that your keys were locked up in your Jeep waiting for you to pick up on Saturday night after we closed or on Sunday, as you requested. I purchased a used 2006 Jeep from them Nov 2008.
Today is Feb 11 2009. I can not legally drive my jeep.
I still to this day have no registration. They can not give me any more temp plates. They screwed up my title (if this is true, they bs me every time I call them). To compensate me they gave me a loaner car. Which was 9 months over due inspection. I wanted another car.They gave me another car.(after complaining for days) I get the second car. Get it home, and it has an expired registration and insurance card. I called Pat Sweeny (Manager) up again. He said he will get back to me. Its now 3 days later and still nothing is resolved. I called the Ford company and they said that I have to hash this out with the dealer. (Because its not a ford I purchased) If you ever think of purchasing a vehicle drive past this company (loman ford route 1 Iselin) unless you want nothing but a bunch of people who only care about you until you give them the money for the car you want and then they don't give you the time of day after that. Think twice. Don't put yourself in my position. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Truthfully in my 50 years I have never had anyone treat me the way. This dealership and its manager Pat Sweeny is the most inconsiderate and uncaring person I have ever met. You would be a fool to even walk into this place. I sure was.
Do your self a favor, buy a GM.

I took my car to Loman Ford Kia at Woodbridge for repair roughly a year ago when my Ford Focus started showing some hesitation symptoms. My first problem with the dealer is that I had an appointment at 8:30AM but was not attended until noon.,which I believe is extremely unprofessional.

My second problem I with them was that I was told that the car needed $400 of tune up service to remove the hesitation problem even though I have informed them to check the DPFE sensor. I am well aware of the DPFE sensor problem because my car have had the exact same problem before. I demanded them to replace the DPFE sensor and the hesitation immediately went away. To me I feel this dealer is being dishonest because many Fords have the DPFE problem and as such are extremely common and easy to identify.

My third problem with them is that even though the car is under engine warranty, they refused to honor the warranty because "their system could not pick that up" so I had to pay $120 to get out of the door. I believe the dealer does not want to do warranty work because Ford pays little. I would recommend anyone to not even bother with this dealer ever again.

We have a consumer problem with a local car dealer. We were ripped off by the Loman Ford Dealership service department of 820 Rt. 1, Woodbridge, N.J. They charged us for $1500 worth of car repairs that didn't fix our one Ford vehicle and kept our Ford pickup truck for 3 1/2 months with promises of fixing it which they didn't. When we finally got our truck back from Loman's service people, they said the truck was unrepairable. However, we took it to a regular local mechanic and he not only fixed it in one day BUT charged us (just $535) much less than what Loman was going to charge us ($1800+)!
We want to warn others about how unfairly Loman Ford Dealership treats its loyal Ford owners. (We own 5 Ford vehicles!)

I bought a ford focues from the delaership and everything was a pain from the start. They didnt report to agencies so I got late fees. They tried to change my payment amount in the finance office. I wouldnt recommend them at all.
