I could go to 100 places for my car's routine maintenance, but I always prefer to go to Piazza Acura of West Chester. Not only do they have express oil change service, but they make the wait comfortable and seem like no time at all. Everyone I encounter at the dealership is cordial and accommodating. My car had a difficult starting in the morning, so i took it straight to the dealership. They did not have a loaner available on such short notice, but told me that they could test if the problem was the battery, in which case the work would only take about an hour. The work was done much faster than the estimated hour. The staff was so very friendly, as always. Steve Sherskovitz explained everything and showed me the tire and brake inspection results. I appreciate the speedy and friendly service. All the work was covered under my warranty.
Thanks to Lee and the service team for extraordinary care and maintenance work on my 2004 TL last Thursday. I had major timing belt and brake services performed and everything was done to perfection. I just purchased a 2012 MDX. I love the car and just wanted to send a quick note to compliment both the salesmen (Warren) and the sales manager (Kevin). It was a truly great experience overall. The service was great. I did believe I booked a wait appointment and when I checked in it was listed as a drop off. The service representative took care of it and I had all the work done that morning without having to make a second appointment. I was very pleased with him and the work overall.

John Brescia, the General Manager, is a very nice gentleman. He makes you laugh and you do not feel pressured into buying. I did quite a bit of research on the RL, so I had a number in mind. They actually came $50 below, so I was very impressed. The dealership is beautiful. Overall, it was a very, very pleasant car buying experience.

My husband has been taking his TL here for ten years and has always gotten excellent service. Acura stands by their cars. We have gotten warranty work when by any other standard we would have gotten a $1600 repair bill. The Acura TL is a solid car to begin with but when there are maintenance needs, the Piazza service department is world class.
