5 Stars: AWESOME!! (by by majinbuu258 at Citysearch)

start with the taco or something you are familiar with then explore the menu. You wont regret it.

the only thing that isn't consistent, is the sauce. you'll never know what you'll get but it's all good. Make sure you test it out, some of them are reallly spicy, spicy good :D

I think if this place was not hidden, it will be very very packed.

I think the old man who delivers the food is also the owner. Im not sure, I saw him 'redesigning' some stuff one time. He seems to be really friendly and I regret not knowing Spanish. I would like to be able to start a conversation with him.

I normally order take out but if you eat in, it comes with nachos. I like it but depending on the sauces it comes with, it can be really great. The only reason I don't eat in, I end up ordering too much carrot orange juice...

4 Stars: Great Mexican Cuisine (by suzanne d.)

This neighborhood restaurant open only a couplers of years when I lived in the area. Me and my roommates use to eat there at least a few times a week. The guacamole is amazing.

5 Stars: A GREAT FIND! (by by phillybud at Citysearch)

This is not a fancy place, but the food is excellant! I just discovered this place and I feel I made a great discovery. The carne asada tacos were tasty and very authentic; but one night I had a glorious seafood platter with fish, shrimp, mussels, squid, etc in a pinkish sauce that was delicious. The seafood was absolutely fresh. I highly recommend it.

5 Stars: I LOVE this place!!! (by by marext at Citysearch)

Great food, great value. Everything tasted fresh, wonderful flavors. I can't say enough good stuff about this place!! It won't be what you're used to if your idea of mexican food is Taco Bell, but you have to try this. A great value too - everything is reasonably priced.

5 Stars: A fantastic Taqueria in every way (by by bethany888 at Citysearch)

Ok, so I'm a big old Gringa and what do I know, but DAMN this is a great little restaurant! Unlike that truly icky one at 9th and Passyunk, this is a wonderful taqueria with luscious crispy homemade tortilla chips, fresh ingredients, succulent sauces . . . perfectly affordable. THE BEST THING IS: They deliver, very quickly, and the man who does the deliveries is incredibly nice and very concerned that things stay hot. I don't speak Spanish, which makes ordering a bit tricky, but they are very patient. A great place.
