Toll Brothers

We moved into our home in South Riding seven years after our house was built. Upon moving in we experienced water leaking issues with some of our windows. We contacted Toll Brothers (the builder) and did not expect to really receive any assistance due to our home being older but we were amazed at how they took our call and immediately sent out representatives to look at our windows. They came out to our house on three separate occassions and determined that the small issue with our windows was really in our roof. Unfortunately they were not able to repair our roof, BUT they did go the extra mile to refer us to an excellent roofer and even advocated a large discount for the roofer's services! They even followed up with us after the roof repair to make sure our windows were no longer leaking. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing builder!
