I will never use Diamond Furniture again!!! I had the worst experience with the Philadelphia location on Kensington Ave. The salesman was extremely slick and failed to mention the no cash/card refund policy on my almost $900 purchase. I only was allowed a store credit.

I purchased a living room set and unfortunately the small children (barely 18) they had delivering it determined that it would not fit through my living room door. My friend had to assist them bringing it in my apartment building and make them at least attempt to deliver my furniture set. The delivery price of an additional $90 is extremely unreasonable for individuals that do not want to do their job or require additional assistance!!!!

I was then told that I would need to re-choice my living room set from a very limited selection of pieces that came in two parts. At this point I was very discouraged and wanted a refund but was told that was not a possibility and that I could only receive a store credit.

I also think the 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous as if people have all day to sit around at home and wait !! NEVER USE THIS PLACE

I am very disappointed in the business that Diamond Furniture has conducted. They have no problem taking your money but when they can't bring forth the product they refuse to issue a refund. I put a deposite on furniture and they stated the company in which my furniture was to come from close their doors. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get store credit. On the back of the receipt it stated no refunds on special orders only. My furniture was not special ordered, as a matter of fact it wasn't ordered at all. I was told by the salesman that they don't order until 25% is put down. I was no where near 25%. Diamond furniture has pocketed my monies of $155.00. If I did see furniture in there I liked I wouldn't purchase because of the poor customer service. I will not refer any family or friends to Diamond Furniture. I feel like they keep giving me the run around. I will be contacting my lawyer, Channel 3, 6 and 10.

I bought a sofa bed and chair from here and 6 months later the bed has fallen from the sofa. It is unusable now, its like sitting in a ditch. The chair is extremely uncomfortable and the fabric started getting pulls about 2 days after I received it. The furniture is cheaply made and won't last even a year. I agree with the other reveiwers in that the sales people are complete a**holes from the moment you walk in.

I have been buying my furniture at Diamond Furniture for over 20 years and never had any type of problems or issues. Selection, pricing and service has been "second to none" for my friends, family and myself. Sales people are always friendly and more than willing to answer questions and give decorating tips.

It is the ONLY furniture store for me!

diamond furniture had no problem taking my money but when it got down to delivering what i paid for we sure had a problem. I am still waiting for 1 piece of furniture i paid in full 2 months ago with my hard earned money in cash.

Although the prices are low, the quality of the furniture is poor. You get what you pay for. Salespeople are pushy and follow you around. Would not recommend this store

I have spent over $5000 in this store and it took them 3 times to deliver furniture and I was only in my new place for 4 days when these ignorant furniture guys had no regard and ruined my walls dented my ceiling and tore up the new furniture to the point that they didn't want to take it but i had to call the store to make them take the furniture back. On their 4th visit they broke the leg of my new couch and ripped the fabric on the sofa. I have filed my complaints and have not even received an apology or any sort of courtesy call. This store is not willing to work with when their drivers damage your home and furniture, nor do they do anything to rectify the situation but place the blame on the drivers that you the customer have to pay for. This whole Diamond Experience has turned into a DEMAND Experience. Look else where!

I have been here twice and both times they have been nice when you walk in, but NASTY when you don't buy or look around too long. They are not knowledgeable at all...they will sell you a formica table and say it is marble...a salesman actually told me this!!! The furniture is priced cheaply but much of it is made cheaply as well. If you try out the mattresses for too long, someone will come up to you and ask if you are going to buy or play around...this is very rude. I would NEVER shop here.
