beautiful new office but has lost some of its charm

My family has been going to Dr. Trahan for years at her old office and has moved along with her to the new office. What was a "small family dentist" office with all it's charms has become a very busy and unprofessional office at times. One of the receptionists chooses to wear revealing clothing on a daily basis which is inappropriate for a professional office and has been on personal phone calls and gossiping several times. They have also become too busy, with the waiting room at times being full of people. I think we may be looking for a smaller, quieter office that is more professional.

I have had mostly good experiences here, which is saying alot at a Dentist's office. The staff is extremely efficient and the dentists are skilled and friendly.
