They have helped me in a few pinches when I needed to go somewhere not dog friendly, overnight. I have caked literally 30 minutes before dropping the dog off to ask if they had room and they always accommodate my dog. I highly recommend them.

There is nowhere else that I would take my dogs when I need to go out of town or when they need to be groomed. This is an excellent facility with very caring staff and a wonderful attention to the animals. I know that I can always count on them for my dogs needs and that no matter what the occasion is my dogs will be well taken care of.

I will never go elsewhere because this place is the perfect one. The staff is friendly and nice. Our dog gets groomed here and looks great all the time. The price range is very fair, I??ve been coming here and have never had a bad time at all.

Bringing my pets here we got the best customer service the transportation service is great. I love how nice the staff are when we come in. Very friendly and professional. Just makes the time spent here well worth it. Thanks

Would never go anywhere else. This place is perfect their staff is friendly and personable. Our dog gets groomed here and he always looks great. Prices are normal to average do consider that if you want great quality it doesn??t come free. I been going there for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience with that comment I??ll let you see how well this people treat me and my dog.

I would not leave Riley anywhere besides Toureen. I hate whenever I have to go out of town but because of living so far from my family I do go visit them a couple times a year and cannot always bring Riley. Thankfully he has Toureen so I know he is in good hands!

I have been to a few dog boarding centers and this one beats the rest by far. The staff is awsome, you can tell they love what they do and its not just a job to them. And might I say how resonable their prices were, makes it very convenient for someone who travels alot like me

After asking around in the dog community, Toureen kept coming up as the "go to" place. I took a tour and thought I would give it a try as I had to be out of town 5 days. I like the idea that they go on river walks (additional cost) and grooming (more additional costs), but mostly because they also have vet services on the premise in the event. Boys exited with absolute delight.-I'm thinking they were reluctant to leave. They were clean, smelled incredible and seemingly unharmed. I worry about my older boy who can get quite aggressive with large dogs but they assured me it would be a problem. No visible or emotional wounds. The staff was wonderful! Even when I called part way through my trip checking in like the psycho mom that I am, they didn't seem to mind to give me an update.

I am extremely picky about where I board my two large dogs and I am not even that comfortable letting someone else stay with them at the house. I can tell when they have been boarded someplace that they do not like, one barks until he gets hoarse and has come home with a sore nose from trying to escape. Not only has this never happened at Toureen, but the dogs are excited to get there when we go away without them; it is almost insulting! Thank you for the peace of mind you give me!

I boarded my two dogs there over the xmas holiday for 2 weeks. I am very happy with the service. My pets came back very happy, healthy, and clean. I definitely reccommend Toureen!

I took Bubbles to Toureen for a few nights while my house by was being fumigated. She loves it! I was very comfortable leaving her there so I could look after the rest of my family. Thank you for the piece of mind!!!

Overall I was very satisfied with the level of care my dogs received from Toureen Pet Resort and Spa. I hate leaving my dogs but whenever I go out of town I am thankful to have Toureen because they really take excellent care of Locket and Flash.

I have recently had to put Marv into care because I have nobody to watch him throughout the day. I am very impressed with how they take care of him and really CARE for him! He sometimes does not want to leave! We both love Toureen! They are the best!!!

For the first time I am jealous of my dog! He gets to be catered to by a top notch staff while I am away on business in a Motel! I refer Toureen Pet Resort and Spa to all the other dog owners at the dog park! They are the best!!!

I will not take my dog anywhere else! They are always friendly, the facility is clean and the staff is responsive. Our dog is really shy and she always comes back happy; we tried another place a few years ago, and our dog came back traumatized. We have been using Toureen Pet Resort and Spa for a while now and it is the best!

Toureen Pet Resort and Spa is always able to find a space for Riley and he is very well cared for while he is here. They also have add-ons that make your pets stay even better which I love! I definitely recommend them to everyone!

I have been bringing boxers here for a little over 20 years. I probably should have a wing dedicated to me for all the money I have spent, but even if they don't, I will keep coming back because they have always been great to me and my dogs.

Very clean facility and reliable. I take Rocky to daycare here. He also boards here for extensive stays and for the occasional grooming. All services have been great !

I really like the staff at Toureen Pet Resort and Spa. They care for my yorky and adhere to my stringent directions for her care. They always recognize us when we come in, and Tootsie always comes back happy.

You are wonderful! I wouldn't take Chase any other place. Customer service is unmatched and the daycare/grooming services are A++ also. I cannot say enough about how accommodating you are. The early drop off is much appreciated and you really treat Chase like a part of your family. Thank you.

The service here is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable. I travel frequently on business and I use Toureen Pet Resort often. I have been a customer for two years and never had any problems.

I bought my first Irish Terrier from Toureen Pet Resort and Spa in 1964. Although I do not travel very much anymore I still use this place faithfully because they are absolutely wonderful.
