Gentle Dental Methuen

Wonderful experience! The most Professional Dentist office I have ever visited. Every Doctor and the entire staff has been kind, comforting and caring. Dr. Prakash is an amazing person. As well as giving up her lunch break to care for my emergency, Dr. Prakash fixed my problem immediately and without discomfort! Her mannerism and soothing gentle nature are only out shined by her ability to find and retain competent help. The entire staff are 10's all the way around. Gentle Dentle Methuen has the very best prices as well. Even if you are happy with your current Dentist, You owe yourself to give Gentle Dentle Methuen a try. Your teeth will look great and you will feel better about yourself. You will not be disappointed! As a hairstylist of many years, I recommend Gentle Dentle Methuen to ALL my clients. The location as well as the hours of this facility are very convenient for me. The staff is friendly. My hygenist is very accomodating to the needs of my sensitive teeth. I like the fact that I have never had to wait more than 5-10 min in the waiting room. I came in with a new patient coupon and now I am a repeat costomer. All together a good experience.

Professional, non judgemental environment. I would have never missed a checkup or cleaning had i been going here years ago. It started with the front desk and continued throughout my treatment. a new beginning for me in a trully Gental experience throughout. If you are even a little hesitent for any reason, this is the place for you. I am actually looking forward to more treatment to get me where i need to be.

My "Gentle Dental experience" began about a year ago with the first phone call! I called in pain and was so relieved when the "receptionist" asked me if I could come right then!? I was expecting to be put off until later that day or the next day ... but I was able to go right in and was immediately taken care of and out of pain! YAY! From the front office staff to each of the dental hygienists and especially Dr Prakash... all have been kind and truly "gentle"! I had moved a lot over the years and as a Mom put my kids first and neglected my own dental care but never once did they make feel bad or guilty - they just made me feel better! The Gentle Dental Team made me feel like ok you're here now - we start from this point! Dr Prakash came up w. a plan of care... first to get me out of pain and on my way to a healthier place w. my teeth and to feel good about my smile! The whole office is friendly and caring! There is a respect they have for each other and for their patients - I think that's leadership and professionalism! Thank YOU Dr Prakash!

About 1 year ago my sister referred me to Gentle Dental in Methuen after my dentist for 10 years could not see me for over 2 weeks when I broke my tooth. I called Gentle Dental and was seen that day. The office staff is the most accommodating and easy to talk to. The dentists and hygienists at this facility really put the "GENTLE" in Gentle Dental!! I have no hesitation to make a referral for friends and family and I am finally keeping a routine schedule for check ups and cleanings because I feel so comfortable.

After a horrible experience with a dentist and a filling while living in Los Angeles, I had put off the sensitivity in my tooth for long enough and finally went to see Dr. Prakash at Gentle Dental in Methuen and am so glad that I did. While she does think that I may need a root canal, she is trying to minimize the cost (and work with my fear of dentists) and see if the tooth can survive with just a crown. I really do appreciate the fact that she working with me to determine the best course of action for me rather than send me for the root canal right away and a crown on top of that (which would of course be pretty pricey). The office is very clean and modern. The front desk staff and assistants are friendly and welcoming. I got my first appointment rather quickly which was also very important. I would recommend Gentle Dental in Methuen to anyone, I have already told my brother and a friend who were both looking for a new dentist. I am positive you will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Prakash and her staff. I've been a patient of hers for quite some time now, first in Malden and now in Methuen. I've had a few 'scary' procedures done in the past, enough to make me want to run and never return to the oh so dreaded dentist again! However, Dr. Prakash has ALWAYS gone above and beyond in making every appointment as comfortable and painfree as possible for me. It is a very clean office with an upbeat staff! I highly recommend them for your next visit!

I have had really bad teeth my whole life and have seen several dentist trying to find the right one. The staff is extremely friendly and greet you by name when you walk in, and they really care, unlike many places I've been before. Also the dentist want to know what you want done other than telling you what their going to do to you. On my very first visit MYSELF and the dentist lay ed out a procedure plan and four visits later that plan was accomplished! I'm so impressed with Gentle Dental that I had my wife switch her dentist and join me over here. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental too anyone looking for a great dentist, awsome staff, and with a great family like enviornment!!!

The experience we have, very good the staff treat me and my daugther with a lot respect the orthodontist who saw my girl very nice and Dr.Prakash who my daugther is very please a beautiful person with my litle one she has a very good experience that she is not afraid anymore prices for my daugther treatment are affordable I defenitly recommend people with fears to visit the practice thank you Dr Prakash,Nidia and Dr Manni and the rest of the nice saff!!!!

My wife and I were looking to find a quality dental source ,I tried several in town, the Andover's, and was not satisfied at all with what I found, and then we got one of those weekly fliers with coupons in it. We decided to take a chance and try "Gentle Dental" in Methuen and we are so glad we did,Everything you need is at ONE place , Quality work without going to 3-4 different locations and $$$$ saved was really something we did not expect. Quality ,state of the art technology with caring people, what more can you ask
