I have been going to Banyan Tree Rehabilitation in Gahanna for about 8 weeks now and I LOVE IT! The therapists there are great, they are so funny and personable. The facility is great, and they crack me up with there decorations...lol. But most of all, I have noticed such a difference in my ankle since I started treatment. I was able to avoid surgery with their treatment. Thanks Banyan Tree!

I went to Banyan Tree for physical therapy for Golfer's elbows (both elbows) 3 times in the month of January & Feb. My therapist Chisel was knowledgeable, soft spoken and kind. Therapy was good but the result were not so good as I had to ultimately go for cortisone shots. The problem came later when i was billed. I feel its quiet a costly affair at Banyan Tree to get a physical therapy done. They have charged $110 just for the discussion about my problem. Thank God I bought my own ultrasound device that just cost me $75 from ebay otherwise I would have been ripped off by another $300. Overall bill is quiet a lot for me. I would advice others to talk about all the charges that you might be billed.

Banyan Tree Rehab specializes in outpatient rehabilitation, and various therapies. I was referred there by my GP, because of a partially numb toe.

I have never been to a physical therapist before, so I had no idea what to expect. The building seemed quite small, and in fact it was mostly just a small waiting room, and then a large room with various people all having their different therapies. (Which seemed weird to me, but I guess that's probably normal?)

I was treated by a friendly (as well as pleasant looking) therapist. He had me sit with him to discuss my issues, and then led me through some stretching exercises. I only saw him the one time, as I could not make my next few appointments, but their office called to make sure I was ok.

I did get some good tips from the therapist in terms of stretching, etc. to help my muscles work more efficiently. And for my limited experience with this office, I'd say it was very good!

PROS: helpful, professional, caring
CONS:
