My husband and I have used her as our insurance agent since approx May of 2003, for both home and auto. We have not had any serious issues arise, but we did nearly go to somebody else for homeowner's insurance, because I did not feel she was giving us a good rate. It was only after I asked her to re-run our credit that she saw we could save money- or get a lower rate than she thought. I would have liked it better if she did that on her own, without my prompting. But now all seems well.
