S.) <p>This is a great place if you are in hurry to eat pho (rice noodles). Each table has fish sauce, soy sauce, hot sauch and oyster sauce, but noodle items go great with fish sauce. Their service is extremely quick and raw spring roll is also a must try.</p> <p>PROS: Extremely quick and inexpensive <br />CONS: not the cleanest restaurant around</p> W.
