If you're in San Francisco, the North part of the East Bay (near the San Rafael Bridge) or in Marin and want to learn to dive, this is the place to go. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a really great selection of products. Classes are kept at a reasonable size and there is lots of personal attention. Every time I need something, they remember who I am and what I like. I havn't been on a trip yet, but they sound fantastic.
PROS: Heated pool onsite, great selection, family friendly
CONS: Only open until 5pm on weekends
