I bowl on a league at brentwood my name is Troy Bailey and I think it is a great bowling alley. I know many of the staff and although there are some not so nice ones overall it is great. The prices are good and so are the lanes it is better than colerain bowl too. The best staff person there is Alicia she is so cool i am up there all the time and yeah i've had problems but life has problems so get over it and bowl.

I Think the alley is great. Its very convenient and nice place to go. I don't understand why everyone is complaining that its so bad. Sure the lines aren't short, but it only takes a couple minutes to wait.

It has everything you want in a bowling alley, balls, pins and beer. I know I can't bowl without beer. Snacks are OK if you like bowling alley food. I stick with the beer.

Our 4 year old daughter recently attended a birthday party at Brentwood Bowl. The family that had the party had everything set up (Cake, Balloons, Tablewear, etc) when we arrived however the bowling alley wasn't ready. The family having the party had 6-7 children attending and a reservation/deposit was made. Upon arriving we found that there was a very long line at the check-in/shoes area. We finally got shoes, and returned to the assigned lanes. We got the kids shoes on and still the lanes were off. The dad of the birthday girl went up and asked the attendant to please turn on the lanes... her response was, "did I put you guys there?"- Very rudely. He reminded her that they were the birthday party and asked again if they could put bumpers in the lanes (Imagine 4 year olds bowling), Finally they did get the bumpers in and the lanes going. The party was fun but not great.. I have to agree with the poster about attitude, we had a couple of late kids and I went up to get a shoe for one of the girls. The same attendant was very unhappy. Again, there was a 10 minute minimum wait just to get shoes. Overall, I would suggest you find a difference bowling alley for a party or event. Brentwood bowl used to be a very nice place, I guess the current owners are just concerned about making money. They greatly improve their facility by cleaning it, and possibly consider replacing some of the unhappy staff. We recently bowled at Princeton Bowl for a charity event and it was great! I would highly recommend Princeton but advise you to avoid Brentwood. Overall the kids had a good time, but the parents left a bit dissatisfied with the entire event.

I confirmed to reserve lanes at the bowling alley a week in advance. I was not told I needed a reservation, just that I needed to arrive at the bowling alley 30 minutes prior to the reservation time. I called the day of the event to confirm our reservations which were still in place. Once our party arrived, we ended up waiting in line for over an hour despite the fact that we reservations. I requested to speak to a manager on several occasions and did not get any assistance from a manager as requested. Upon getting to the start of the line, the cashier had a horrible attitude, did not apologize for the wait time, or offer any money back/free game incentives. The cashier also tried spread our party out among different lanes from the ones that we had reserved and when we explained that we were all together, she stated that we should have told her that and got an attitude with us for not doing so. I told her that we needed to be on the same lanes, some incentives, something for the trouble we had gone through and she said sarcastically, "How about thank you?"

Furthermore, I left my contact information for the owner and the GM, neither of whom called me back. When I called the owner, the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful, refused to hear my complaint, continually talked over me, and when I attempted to explain my concerns, she told me to bowl elsewhere and disconnected the call on me. During the course of the conversation she also stated that this would not have happened if we had paid a deposit, however I was never informed that a deposit was needed and when I explained this to her she kept saying it was my fault anyway. She also said that it's NOT unusual to have that long of a wait time at their bowling alley (beware if you have children!!!)

Also, a member in our party was unable to play for his third game that he paid for, however they would not give him his money back and assigned someone to his lane before he even finished his second game (basically they got paid twice).

To make matters worse, the bowling alley was extremely dirty and did not appear well-maintained.

I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone in the Cincinnati area. The only plus was that the food was very good (although they accept cash only at this time). If you are looking for a good bowling alley, I would recommend Stonelanes, Madison Bowl, Western Bowl, or Colerain Bowl.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

This bowling alley is conveniently located on Winton Road. It is easily accessible from Finneytown, Colerain Twnsp, and Greenhills. We went there for a work sponsored event. They allowed our employer to rent out the whole facility for a Saturday morning. The bowling, shoe rentals, balls, and concessions were all complementary. This is a nice place to bowl with your family or schedule an event.

Pros: Good food

Cons: Everything else!
