Palace Kitchen

Since I moved to Seattle nearly seven years ago, this has been on my list of favorite Seattle restaurants. I love the triple-decked cheeseburger with all the fixings. To celebrate my birthday there a few years ago, I had a wonderful orange cardamom creme brulee. And when you can't get a table, the bar is a welcome place to eat and get drinks. My friend enjoys the fact that they serve pistachios at the bar - with your favorite cocktail.
