They bake everything on the shelves themselves.
They do not order from an outside distributor like other valley bakeries.
It's the best !

Eddy's cakes are the best around. Far superior to the chewy strange tasting cakes produced by the local grocery stores. And the variety the have between cake, filling, and frosting can't be beat.

Most recently we ordered some breads from them for Thanksgiving. Despite being, what must be, one of the busiest days of the year for them they were able to retrieve my order relatively quickly. While I waited for it to be brought out one of the young men behind the counter talked me into adding some onion rye to my order. Although I was skeptical at first this has to be one of the best tasting breads I have ever tried and I would recommend that everyone tries it at least once. Do note that the onion rye is typically only available by special order, however they told me they take dozen's of orders every day...so feel free to call them anytime.

Eddys Bake Shop is excellent. All the baked goods that I've had from there including doughnuts, cookies and cakes, have been excellent. The prices are about average for the area. The only downside is on street parking.

We have been a customer for many years and the baked goods have been excellent in quality. we mostly buy the freshly baked cakes where we place an order a couple of days in advance. The prices are well worth the food and i would recommend this place to anyone.

Eddy's Bake Shop makes wonderful cakes that are good for any occasion. Their frosting is outstanding and I have never tasted anything like it before. If rich cakes aren't for you, I wouldn't suggest coming here. They're lead sinkers but it's worth every penny. Prices are reasonable.

I have been going to eddy's for 15 years and i have found that they have amazing service and kind employees. I have always loved their rye bread and I have to say you can't get it anywhere else quite as good. Out of the many bakery's I have gone to this one is my favorite! I definitely recommend going here.

EDDYS HAS BEEN AROUND FOR OVER 50 YEARS. THE OWNERS BOTH WORK OVER 80 HOURS A WEEK. THEY ARE A SMALL MOM AND POP OLD FASHIONED SHOP. THEY NEED TO BE APPRECIATED MORE FOR THEIR HARD WORK, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THEY WORK AS HARD AS THESE GUYS. EVERYTHING THEY MAKE IS DELICIOUS. IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL ORDER, THEY MAKE IT FOR YOU. IF YOU NEED A LAST MINUTE CAKE FOR 50 PEOPLE , THEY WILL MAKE IT FOR YOU. PEOPLE JUST NEED TO START APPRECIATING OTHERS AND WHAT THEY DO TO SUPPORT THERE FAMILIES. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT FROM THERE, JUST GIVE THEM A CALL AND YOU ARE GUARANTEED GOOD SERVICE! I'M SURE SUGGESTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.

Just purchased and served a Chocolate Mousse cake yesterday (Christmas Eve). Perhaps the bakers over-extended themselves to meet holiday orders -- this certainly wasn't their best work. The cake was dry (possibly baked earlier in the month and frozen), the mousse had a "greasy" feeling in the mouth, and the ganache covering the cake was gritty. I've had better products from Eddy's.

I wouldn't return to Eddy's Bake shop even if you PAID ME !!!
It must be the BOTTOM of the line when it comes to any of their baked goods.
The 5 stars are for turning stomaches.

PROS: greasy,fatty pastry
CONS: one of the worst in the valley

We dont go anymore.Before I think it was okay but now I know itr better and I dont like to much.I rather go in the car to Yolanda.They make fresh and I dont mind to spend money for the good pastery.

It's a little fresher than lots of bakeries in the valley, but I can't say it's the best

I bought a cake there and I think my family was quite disappointed, and I don't blame them. It is so fatty that it made us feel bloated and weighed down.
