NEVER EVER USE THIS CHEF!
He is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
He told me that he was available and committed to cook dinner for a party of 12 with the minimum $750. I sent him the menu I wanted. He requested a day to get the quote together. I said not a problem. I would send him the check as soon as he got me the quote. He then cancelled on me with only a week to the dinner party because he got a request for a 150 reception.
He had already committed the date to me and I was waiting on him to get me the quote.
DO NOT GIVE THIS CHEF YOUR BUSINESS.

Chef Pelle specializes in european asian california cuisine w/fresh and organic ingredients. I and many of my friends and co-workers have used Pelle for business and personal parties. He caters all events from business parties and weddings, to wine dinners at your home. He also delivers to business or home depending on size of your party. Will work with your budget and offers tastings-depending on party size.

We hired Chef Pelle to cater a birthday party for 50 people. Chef Pelle and his staff are talented, easy to work with and the food is delicious, well presented and reasonably priced.

we had a wonderful wine paring dinner catered by chef pelle. he was very easy to work with and very flexible when it comes to menus. very profetionalstaff and the food was absolutley exelent a specialy the seafood courses
w a flair of european & asian flavors. hope to do this again soon, i really recomend this chef,

Great Chef, excellent menu and price

Chef Pelle catered for our wedding shower last week. It was so amazing how he put the menu together for us. His steamed halibut with ginger is to die for. I can consume that dish all day. His crab cake is different from other crab cake, very unique and delicious. His price was so worth it when you compare to his talent.

Excellent Caterer!

Chef Pelle catered my dinner party and the menu he helped to create was delicious! My guests and I devoured his mushrooms stuffed w/gingered chicken and cilantro, and the aqua vit fennel cured salmon crustini. The main dinner included fresh grouper steamed in banana leaf w/ginger and shitake mushrooms, and lobster stuffed filet mignon w/aged gorgonzola that I and my guests were very pleased with. Pelle is very professional and his prices were better than the other caterer's I contacted.

Excellent and Creative European, Asian & California Cuisine

I would highly recommend this very talented chef for any event! Fennel aqua vit cured salmon is divine! Crab cake had no additives and were filled w/high quality crab. I couldn't get enough of the risotto cakes & the ahi tartars w/wasabi aioli & caviar were delicious! Also, the minature filet mignons on crustini & carmelized onions were melting in my mouth. Chef Pelle catered our cocktail party and my guests and I were all amazed by the unique flavor he adds to his creations, and the beautiful presentation.
