Wright Agency - Nationwide Insurance

We had a six month ordeal with Chris Wright and Nationwide. They tried to make us sign papers squirming out of coverage because of our dog (they said was a pit bull, the shelter from whence she came, disagrees), charged us all kinds of crazy rates, never fully explaining where the changes in rate came from, and generally lived up to the insurance company stereotype where they run you ragged until you give up and pay them anything they want. Not suggested, not suggested at all.

After searching around for home and auto insurance, I stumbled upon the Wright Agency. They were so helpful, and really know their stuff. Living in Houston, I never thought I would have an insurance agent all the way in Austin. However, the distance has made no impact on their superior services.

Chris at the Wright Agency was so helpful, he took the time to show me four different options for my car insurance. We went over everything from liability to deductibles, and I really learned so much about what I was buying. This guy is top notch, and I would refer him to anyone!
