When I walk into the studio, it feels like home. It is warm and welcoming. The instructors are upbeat, friendly, and non-judgemental. I like the way the classes build on each other. It has allowed me to build a foundation and keep growing. I started taking the level 1 class (C1), and now I am in the level 2 class (C2). They have prenatal yoga, too. I highly recommend this studio for people new to yoga, as well as long time practicing yogis!
