Bryan Pruitt, MD

Dr. Pruitt has performed surgery on my wife. We are both doctors and she went to him because he is known as "the doctor's doctor".She is completely satisfied with the her result and wouldn't go anywhere else. We both refer patients to him who consistently have great experiences with his practice. Don't listen to what one woman using several names is writing. Be assured Pruitt is as good a plastic surgeon as there is.

I wish I had done more research before I let this doctor take a knife to me. He made sure he had all the money up front and then didn't honor his end of the deal. He promised to do a great job of surgery, promised a good outcome. He did neither and after surgery, after he was paid, changed his whole attitude. I am left with a terrible outcome and am disfigured by his so called surgical skills. He could care less. Now as I write my comments and read others, I realize I made a bad choice. I was also told that all the good reviews written on these sites were written by his office staff in an effort to make him look good. How low can you go! Maybe Dr. Pruitt should do right by his patients and honor his promises. Then he won't have to have friends and family defend him from the truth written about him.

I can only say this guy being on the "Best Doctors" of D Magazine is so strange and suspicious. I had a terrible experince with him. He left me with a bad scar and when he tried to fix it it came back worse. He did not do any follow up care. He told me there was nothing else that could be done. He was WRONG! He did not manage my pain well through all this either. He just didn't care. I found a plastic surgeon in Plano who is great and is helping me. He cares. With all the great Drs in Dallas you don't need to give your $ to this guy. There are many better choices I am sure.

Our experience with Dr. Pruitt and his staff was wonderful! He did my surgery last year and my husband had some work done earlier this year.
He is a perfectionist and did absolutely beautiful work. The results are better than we had hoped for.

Based our experience, the recommedations of my personal doctor, and the experiences of several of my friends, I can recommend Dr. Pruitt 100%.

I am not suprised that Dr. Pruitt would accuse a patient of being dishonest when they post the truth about their personal experience with him as a surgeon. Perhaps Dr. Pruitt should be honest with his patients when they ask about the negative reviews from other patients and take responsibility for his actions not put the blame on the patient who has suffered as a resulf of his service. I too had a bad experience with this doctor and his office. I agree with the other negative reviewers that he cares more about the money than resolving an issue with a bad result. This is unfortunate and with so many plastic surgeons in our area you should think twice about chosing Dr. Pruitt.

I had my eyelids done by Dr. Pruitt 6 months ago and my girlfriends keep saying that I look so rested! At my 6 month check up I asked Dr. Pruitt's staff about negative postings I've seen on the internet, and they said it saddened them that a person could be so untruthful. I think Dr. Pruitt's work is amazing!!! Ask your own Doctor about the quality of Dr. Pruitt's work, his integrity, and his stellar reputation. Trust what your Doctor says...not an internet posting.

Dr. Pruitt is more concerned about the finances and getting as much money as possible from you than he is about the quality of his surgical skills. The positive reviews on most of the websites are written by his staff, family and friends and the MANY negative ones written by actual patients who experienced a bad result from his surgery. He is not compassionate and doesn't care that he left someone disfigured, only that he was paid for the surgery. He does not honor his word and his staff is super sweet to get you in the door but rude and unhelpful once you make a committment. Beware!!

Dr. Pruitt is the Best plastic surgeon in Dallas! When I asked for a recommendation from both my Gyn and my Family doctor they both told me he had operated on their wives! Both were thrilled with the results. Also both doctors told me he had operated on dozens of thier patients with excellent results so I chose him for my surgery.He did a beautiful job and I look great! My husband thinks so too!My Gyn said no one can please everyone and there will always be some women who complain no matter how much improvement they get. He said if people have reasonable expectations from their plastic surgery they will be very happy with the results and should definitely go to Dr. Pruitt.... I'm so glad I did!

Dr. Bryan Pruitt is not only a SUPERB surgeon he is a good Christian man! He preformed a breast lift and a tummy tuck on me and I couldn't be happier! I know many other women that have went to see him and we all have to agree he is very professional & we are all very thrilled with the results! He is by far the best in Dallas!

Dr. Pruitt performed my facial surgery two years ago.I went to several plastic surgeons before I chose Dr. Pruitt. Let me tell you, training, experience, and credentials matter... a lot!!!!
I felt like he saw me as an individual and helped me to see what I could realistically expect from the surgery. Two years later and my friends are still trying to figure out why I look so good!
For beautiful, natural results...go see Dr. Pruitt!!!

Dr. Pruitt appeared to be a caring person when I interviewed him for a face lift. When some unsatisfactory results occurred from the face lift, Dr. Pruitt continued to smile and appear caring as he refused to take responsibility for the part of the outcome that was unsightly. The "help" he did offer as a "possible repair" was highly advised against by several board certified plastic surgeons that I consulted. He smiled as he refused to compensate me in getting help elsewhere and was very congenial as he told me to look at my cup as being half full rather than half empty...and I thought I was paying for a full cup.

I am a ObGyn doctor and asked Dr. Bryan Pruitt to do my plastic surgery because he is known as "The Best". Other female doctors had told me he is the "doctor's doctor" for plastic surgery in Dallas.My facial surgery and liposuction surgery went very smoothly and the results are fantastic. My husband loves the results.I have recommended Dr. Pruitt to many of my patients and they have all been extremely happy with the results. Check credentials and reputation......you'll find Dr. Pruitt is the Best in Dallas!

Just saw this site and wanted to say I think Dr. Pruitt is the best in Dallas. He did my mother's plastic surgery and my sister's plastic surgery. Both of them are thrilled with the results of his work! He is truly an artist! They met other patients in his office that had travelled from as far away as New York and even England for him to perform their cosmetic surgery! Dr. Pruitt's work is truly superb!

I have operated with Dr. Pruitt for many years. He is the finest plastic surgeon I have ever seen. He is not only excellent technically, but he cares so much about his patients. I have sent my family members to him and they have beautiful results.He was kind and compassionate throughout the entire experience. I would refer anyone to Dr. Pruitt without hesitation. He is the best!

I decided to do my research before deciding which surgeon I would trust to do my surgery. I have heard nothing but bad things about this doctor in the community groups and in chats with others who have either had their surgery or are looking for a doctor. I saw the pictures of one patient who had surgery with this doctor and couldn't believe the horrible outcome she had. I have seen the documents where he quoted one price and took her money before surgery then demanded more after, even though they had agreed prior of the total amount of the surgery. I decided it wasn't worth the chance with my body and I am going elsewhere. I know many others have made the same decision as I have and I only hope this doctor realizes that it isn't just about the money, there are so many other factors to consider. He is greedy and he isn't going to have the opportunity to operate on me or any of the others that make the informed decision that I did.

Dr. Pruitt is a great man and great surgeon. I have known several patients of his and seen their results. They have all had great results and all speak very highly of him. He is a world-class man and surgeon.

This doctor boasts about being rated a "Top Doctor" in Dallas but doesn't tell you that it is other doctors who vote for this NOT patients. I saw pictures of the lady that was disfigured by him in Surgery and I have been a patient of his too. I chose not to have my surgery done by Dr. Pruitt and am happy with my choice. Do your research before choosing a doctor who is going to take a knife to your body. Read other reviews and what other patients have to say, not what other doctors think.

A simple surgery (liposuction) that any other doctor could have done with ease and as a result of my choice to go with Dr. Pruitt I now have a large bulge in my abdomen that he missed and now have to have another doctor do the surgery to repair his screw up! I wish I had done more research and found the many postings on the web of others who share my opinion.
