Superior Appliance Repair

My freezer suddenly had a big problem and I selected Superior Appliance Repair by online searching. I had never done that before and I couldn't have asked for better results. Sam came to my home within one hour, was highly professional, quickly diagnosed my problem, and got the problem fixed. He even was kind enough to check up in the evening that all was running well once again. I highly recommend this repair service

My Maytag dryer of just 16 months stopped working. Of course, I did not buy the extended warranty. I am skeptical of repair companies and after calling several companies and being quoted diagnostic fees and other fees quoted w/o seeing the appliance and their restrictions , I tried to repair the dryer myself. I called this company and he gave me some hints on what to look for and he came the very next day. It was a simple fix and it did not cost me the price of a new dryer. Dave was prompt, courteous, and HONEST...I will follow him where ever he goes because it is really hard to find an honest and competent repair person with courtesy to spare. He is the BEST..Thanks Dave !!!!

for my gas range and they were super #1 great tech
knows his stuff and he had fixed it with out a part what the other servicer told me ill need a part and the price was fair thanks.

Superior Appliance (Subzero repair) in Brooklyn NY is truly an excellent repair service. They recently altered my 10 year old Subzero from the old system to the latest efficient system for a reasonable price (much cheaper and greener than buying a new plastic machine). The job was a bit tricky but their excellent team member, Chris, came back 4 times to tweak the pressure and so forth until the machine hummed. Chris also checked back with me personally several times after the successful repair to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend Superior Appliance in Brooklyn.

Finally a service company that over delivers. Got back from vacation late afternoon figured ill do all my laundry but my washer was making a noise and smelled burning. Called superior they showed within the hour despite it being 5pm when i called. They didnt charge overtime and fixed it right away. I must say they saved the day my heros.

I called up superior appliance service to fix my broken washer. I had several other companies coming down in the past to take a look at it but nobody actually did fix it so I decided to give superior a try. And boy...was i happy!!They came on time and the tech was very pleasant.He finished the job in no longer than 20 minutes and for the first time in months--I actually had my washer back-good as new!Thank you Superior!

The Serior Appliance Service was great, The service person called to confirm and showed up timely. He serviced my appliance quickly and, as an added bonus, provided service & advice on another appliance that a different, unrelated service person had not completed & that I had not indicated in my initial service request. Would definitely recommend the service and use it again.

We normally never review a company but this company did above standards work, so we thought we would thank them in a review. Electric range repair-- I have had the pleasure of having Matt and jack repair 2 of my appliances. The electric range repair he completed today (replacing the digital control panel)was done quickly and efficiently. In the past he was able to detect and repair a mysterious leak in my dishwasher with little trouble. His prices are very fair, his service prompt and courteous. I well definitely recommend his services to my friends

WE HAD OUR BOSH APPLIANCE WITH PROBLEMS WE CALLED SUPERIOR APPLIANCE AND WE ASK THEM IF WE CAN HAVE SERVICE RUSH THEY SAID NO PROBLEM AND THEY CAME 123 and had part and best of all a great price i love them thanks.

I hate to toss out perfectly good equipment, so I was utterly delighted when Moses of Superior Appliance Repair looked at my old Bosch Dishwasher and said, "No problem. I know what's wrong here." He didn't suggest ordering new parts. He took the thing apart, rewired it and wow! it started working. He even let me watch.

Superior answered my call and came the very same day. Their prices are fair and the service is wonderful.

They are really good
very knowledgeable and Cortie's
i had a warrantie issue, they got on the phone and took care of it right away.
he is quick in and out though so if you want to ask something do so fast.
i did not have any problem since my Wolf is working just fine

I was very happy with the promptness of Superior's repair person. Samuel assessed the problem of my stove& was able to fix it on the spot because he brought a part with him based on my initial complaint.

The only issue I have is that the price he charged was quite more than he estimated over the phone....

Overall, the experience was positive!

When my oven started beeping and flashing strange codes on the panel, I called one repair person who told me I'd need to spend $300 to buy a new computer board. That repair person then never returned my calls to set up an appointment to fix it.

Good thing. I found Mr. Superior on thw web and he returned my call promptly and suggested I unplug my oven and plug it back in to reboot the oven's computer. He also told me he would come out the next day if that didn't work. It worked. Mr.Superior is simply wonderful!

Pros: Came the same day and diagnosed the problem immediately. They really know their appliances. They said I did not need the expensive repair previously suggested!. Quick and polite and professional.

Cons: Hard to reach them, did not always return calls.

I've placed Superior appliance repair in my cell phone for all of my appliance repair needs. He is very knowledgeable, "HONEST" and someone who truly cares about his customers. My refrigerator stopped cooling (something we take for granted until it stops working). sam came within a few hours, solved the problem by having the part with him. Cold water, cold ice and plenty of food in the fridge...what a blessing to have and a blessing to get to know sam. His rate was 1/2 the rate another company with a big ad in the yellow pages I called. It pays to research and find out who the "good guys" are when it comes to service.

Superior was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and arrived on time. I had a broken ice maker in my refrigerator and he took the time to show me what was broken. He told me exactly what a new one would cost -- including the labor -- and had one in his truck. It was installed in 15 minutes and while he waited to make sure it was making ice properly, he also diagnosed and fixed a problem we had with our water dispenser for the last 4 years that no one else could figure out. I'm not sure what these other people are talking about. I could not have been more impressed with my service call.

i have a big maytag two tier washer dryer that was making terrible noises then just stopped working at all.
i called these guys
they came the NEXT day
it took them maybe half hour & they got it fixed first time and no probs yet

Great service. I have used Superior Appliance Repair twice and had a really good experience both times. Your people are experienced and friendly. Both technicians knew what they were doing and they provided excellent customer service. When you need help with a broken appliance, you need it right away and both times I called, they came the same day. They took care of the problems and gave me some helpful information. The first time I called, there was a gas smell coming from my stove. The 2nd time my washer had a leak. Both times, a technician showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job fixing the problem. Both jobs were billed very fairly and were the same price that I approved. I trust Superior Appliance Repair technicians they havent steered me wrong

This guy saved the day! Long story short and will definitely be another review....my washer/ dryer combo decided to not rinse in release in the spin cycle instead it decided to rinse all over my hardwood floors! thank God my fiancee was home when it happened so he could hit the stop button! So, I had tried Sears and they couldn't get out for a freaking week at best. Then I tired another place, well, my fiancee did. He didn't show for 3 appointments SO I took matters into my own hands and I was lucky enough to run into this company.

Now, as I said, the no shows...i had taken the day off from work to sit around and wait for someone to show (stupidly since he didn't show twice before) SO at 3:00pm I had finally lost my patience and looked up appliance repair and this was the first one I found. Now, at 3:00pm you would think you would be screwed for the day, not with this guy he said he would come out and it would take him about 2 hours or so to get here. Well, it did take longer BUT every time I called his receptionist-she is definitely the definition of customer service (and is calm and definitely handle my panic extremely well and courteously since I had mentioned all the no shows to her, she completely understood my annoyances)-she gave me his status on his other job and promised he was coming NO MATTER WHAT! She even called me when he got off the highway and when he got here to make sure he was here!

So, he shows up and not only fixed the problem, which was just a stupid sock stuck in the tube, but showed me how to take care of it the next time (which I hope never happens). Not only that, but he only charge me only $100.00 because he had to bring in another guy to help move the stack able back into place otherwise it would have been $49 ish. He even cleaned up after himself.

SO, if any appliance in your house goes nuts and you have no idea where that appliance came from or who to call...call All in One and ask for Jim...they really are great!

At first, early this year, they showed up and fixed one appliance. They not only never follow up on another, despite many phone messages from us, they have not returned our deposit for the second machine they were getting a part for! They ripped us off - both our trust and our money.
It seems if they like you they are good - but if they decide for some unknown reason to us, they do not - that is it - they ignore you. We are trying to figure out how to bring official agencies into this.

Our stove went out. Like most Gen X'rs we just let it sit there, because we never owned appliances until recently, so we never had to deal with an appliance repair man.

Enter Superior. They came and repaired the ignition and checked everything out, and went on to clean out some of the burners so they burned propery Have you ever had a serviceman who makes an appointment and keeps it and is on time? We were amazed when they showed up just as they said they would. It is sad that nowadays waiting for the cable man becomes an all day or two day event.

We would highly recommend them. The price seemed fair, they were timely, and they went over and above to make sure we were satisfied.

Superior Appliance repair technician showed up the morning as promised and I was very pleased with the service which included replacing my Whirlpool dryer motor. In addition he inspected all other parts and lubricate the bearings free of charge Since then the dryer is been working great and Im amazed at how much faster our laundry get done.

I called in the morning and Sam arrived that afternoon-even called and offered to come earlier! Nat, who answered the phone was able to give me a price of the repair (assuming it was what I thought it was) for my dryer. Sam arrived promply, was very professional, even going an extra mile to clean the unit & make suggestions for extending the life of the repair! I was impressed and will gladly refer this business to all our friends. Also, the estimate was the "real price"--no add ons, fees or taxes. His service call fee is VERY reasonabe.

A neighbor recommended that I call Superior Appliance Repair when my refridgerator died. I called and Sam came the next morning, when he said he would. He gave me options, with his recommendation of how to fix it right the first time...I was impressed enough to ask him to look at my wife's washing machine. Same story: he gave me options, and let me decide. He had to come back with parts, fixed them both, and gave me sticker shock at how low my bill was! Sam has called back twice to check and make sure everything was working, and that we were happy. He is HONEST, does what he says he's going to do, shows up when he's supposed to, KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, and I will never call anybody else. I will recommend him to family, neighbors and friends!!

I recently had a problem with my GE washer and after some googling and trying to fix it by myself I decided to give SUPERIOR APPLIANCE REPAIR a call. He responded promptly, kept the appointment, fixed the problem quickly and gave me some GREAT free advice that will most likely save me a lot of money in the future. I called a few different service company to fix my expansive gas range no one was able to fix it they all said there is a electrical short it will take them to figure out the problem i was going crazy until SUPERIOR APPLIANCE EXPERTS came the tech had fixed it in MINUTES thanks they are #1

Matt came a few hours after I called and had everything fixed within one hour. He was fast, courteous, interesting, knowledgeable and the repair was not expensive, as I had expected. I hesitated to call a repair service because I had heard that getting a Viking range fixed was an ordeal and very expensive but this is not the case. Thanks!

We found the number here on Insider Pages, i called them, and the technician called back right away to make the appointment. He arrived when he said he would, and was in and out quick. Wonderful service!
I contacted this company to have my oven repaired. A friendly service person showed up in less than 45 minutes. Since I have an odd range model, I was expecting that he would have to order a part. But, he was able to get the part from the company's wearhouse and bring it the next morning.
Excellent service, and a fair price

Matt, Superior's serviceman, asked a few questions and diagnosed the problem with our oven in a matter of seconds. The starter was defective. He had the oven in working order within 15 minutes of his arrival. The price was reasonable and Matt's demeanor professional. I placed a Superior sticker on the side of the fridge for future reference. The next time something goes awry with an appliance, I won't be calling anyone else.
