He responded promptly, kept the appointment, fixed the problem quickly and gave me some GREAT free advice that will most likely save me a lot of money in the future. If you have a problem with one of your appliances, give SUPERIOR a call. He is clearly a professional who knows the value of great customer service&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Best Service Guy Ever! (by h s.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;A neighbor recommended that I call Superior Appliance Repair when my refridgerator died. I called and Sam came the next morning, when he said he would. He gave me options, with his recommendation of how to fix it right the first time...I was impressed enough to ask him to look at my wife's washing machine. Same story: he gave me options, and let me decide. He had to come back with parts, fixed them both, and gave me sticker shock at how low my bill was! Sam has called back twice to check and make sure everything was working, and that we were happy. He is HONEST, does what he says he's going to do, shows up when he's supposed to, KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, and I will never call anybody else. I will recommend him to family, neighbors and friends!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Great service. I have used Superior Appliance Repair twice and had a really good experience both times. Your people are experienced and friendly. Both technicians knew what they were doing and they provided excellent customer service. When you need help with a broken appliance, you need it right away and both times I called, they came the same day. They took care of the problems and gave me some helpful information. The first time I called, there was a gas smell coming from my stove. The 2nd time my washer had a leak. Both times, a technician showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job fixing the problem. Both jobs were billed very fairly and were the same price that I approved. I trust Superior Appliance Repair technicians they havent steered me wrong&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  worst service ever (by m s.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Their repair tech. came over to overview a problem with a kenmore dryer. The repairman claimed we needed a enw belt and said he was off to get one. We waited 2 hours and called them back when the repair tech didn't come back. They claimed they would have to get the part elsewhere and he would not be returning today but instead he would return the next day. Next day came and no one showed up. Called them and was told go find another company. Just like that.. they forgot to call me and tell me they can't do the job then blew me off.  Dont recommend them...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Our stove went out.  Like most Gen X'rs we just let it sit there, because we never owned appliances until recently, so we never had to deal with an appliance repair man.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Enter Superior.  They came and repaired the ignition and checked everything out, and went on to clean out some of the burners so they burned propery   Have you ever had a serviceman who makes an appointment and keeps it and is on time?   We were amazed when they showed up just as they said they would.  It is sad that nowadays waiting for the cable man becomes an all day or two day event.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We would highly recommend them.  The price seemed fair, they were timely, and they went over and above to make sure we were satisfied.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Nat, who answered the phone was able to give me a price of the repair (assuming it was what I thought it was) for my dryer. Sam arrived promply, was very professional, even going an extra mile to clean the unit &amp;amp; make suggestions for extending the life of the repair! I was impressed and will gladly refer this business to all our friends. Also, the estimate was the &amp;quot;real price&amp;quot;--no add ons, fees or taxes. His service call fee is VERY reasonabe.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  we were very happy with your Service (by WIILY H.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;This guy saved the day! Long story short and will definitely be another review....my washer/ dryer combo decided to not rinse in release in the spin cycle instead it decided to rinse all over my hardwood floors! thank God my fiancee was home when it happened so he could hit the stop button! So, I had tried Sears and they couldn't get out for a freaking week at best. Then I tired another place, well, my fiancee did. He didn't show for 3 appointments SO I took matters into my own hands and I was lucky enough to run into this company. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now, as I said, the no shows...i had taken the day off from work to sit around and wait for someone to show (stupidly since he didn't show twice before) SO at 3:00pm I had finally lost my patience and looked up appliance repair and this was the first one I found. Now, at 3:00pm you would think you would be screwed for the day, not with this guy he said he would come out and it would take him about 2 hours or so to get here. Well, it did take longer BUT every time I called his receptionist-she is definitely the definition of customer service (and is calm and definitely handle my panic extremely well and courteously since I had mentioned all the no shows to her, she completely understood my annoyances)-she gave me his status on his other job and promised he was coming NO MATTER WHAT! She even called me when he got off the highway and when he got here to make sure he was here!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So, he shows up and not only fixed the problem, which was just a stupid sock stuck in the tube, but showed me how to take care of it the next time (which I hope never happens). Not only that, but he only charge me only $100.00 because he had to bring in another guy to help move the stack able back into place otherwise it would have been $49 ish. He even cleaned up after himself.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;SO, if any appliance in your house goes nuts and you have no idea where that appliance came from or who to call...call All in One and ask for Jim...they really are great!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've placed Superior appliance repair  in my cell phone for all of my appliance repair needs. He is very knowledgeable, &amp;quot;HONEST&amp;quot; and someone who truly cares about his customers. My refrigerator stopped cooling (something we take for granted until it stops working). sam came within a few hours, solved the problem by having the part with him. Cold water, cold ice and plenty of food in the fridge...what a blessing to have and a blessing to get to know sam. His rate was 1/2 the rate another company with a big ad in the yellow pages I called. It pays to research and find out who the &amp;quot;good guys&amp;quot; are when it comes to service.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

He was fast, courteous, interesting, knowledgeable and the repair was not expensive, as I had expected.  I hesitated to call a  repair service because I had heard that getting a Viking range fixed was an ordeal and very expensive but this is not the case.  Thanks!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;When my oven started beeping and flashing strange codes on the panel, I called one repair person who told me I'd need to spend $300 to buy a new computer board. That repair person then never returned my calls to set up an appointment to fix it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Good thing. I found Mr. Superior on thw web and he returned my call promptly and suggested I unplug my oven and plug it back in to reboot the oven's computer. He also told me he would come out the next day if that didn't work. It worked. Mr.Superior is simply wonderful!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;br /&gt;it took them maybe half hour &amp;amp; they got it fixed first time and no probs yet

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Superior was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and arrived on time. I had a broken ice maker in my refrigerator and he took the time to show me what was broken. He told me exactly what a new one would cost -- including the labor -- and had one in his truck. It was installed in 15 minutes and while he waited to make sure it was making ice properly, he also diagnosed and fixed a problem we had with our water dispenser for the last 4 years that no one else could figure out. I'm not sure what these other people are talking about. I could not have been more impressed with my service call.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

They came and repaired the ignition and checked everything out, and went on to clean out some of the burners so they burned propery   Have you ever had a serviceman who makes an appointment and keeps it and is on time?   We were amazed when they showed up just as they said they would.  It is sad that nowadays waiting for the cable man becomes an all day or two day event.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We would highly recommend them.  The price seemed fair, they were timely, and they went over and above to make sure we were satisfied.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
