I was working from home and I had a dead line- ALL of my proposal info was on my computer and my computer froze- I called several other companies and they said if I brought the computer into their store it would be completed no sooner than 24 to 48 hours. That wasn't going to work- I called ICON and the tech was at my house within the hour- not only did he explain in the problem, he fixed the problem, and saved everything for my proposal!! The price was right- the promptness was dead on, and the tech was very detailed in explaining the problem and how he fixed it!
I also called ICON back to my home when I needed two outlets installed- they were in and out- no mess (unlike Comcast)! I recommend ICON to everyone I talk to and I even gave my head office a card-
