HORRIBLE! I should have known when discussing the Juvederm Dr. Gray was about to administer into my lips that I shouldn't go through with it. I had it done before, through different doctors with a good experience. He was very rushed and injected me with the numbing medication, for some reason he made my eyes and chin completely numb (which caused my eye to twitch and was very scary, but he said was "normal") And my lips weren't numb at all. He was very cold and arrogant when I expressed my concern. Basically I spent $600 and left his office with uneven lips, feeling very scared. I still have a lump on the left side, and it has been almost a year. He should not be doing this job.

Horrible physician/surgeon - no cosmetic experience whatsoever - trying to make a buck in this botox frenzy world but please do not go to him. PLEASE!! Shut him down so he can not do any more damage than he has already done....way too much for any human being already!

Please read this. Because hopefully it will prevent you from making the biggest mistake of your life. I know several people who wish so strongly that they could've seen some of these reviews before they close the wrong doctor.
A family member of mine underwent a surgery performed by Robert F Gray in the past 4 years. This person was completely disfigured both inside and out. And left completely alone. I will not let this happen to another person.
REASONS THAT I ASK YOU TO PLEASE NOT PICK THIS DOCTOR FOR ANY SORT OF MEDICAL/COSMETIC/FACIAL needs.
This man...
has NO idea what he is doing and has permanently injures many innocent people during his incompetent attempt at practicing medicine. (and believe me, that is putting it very very lightly) Dr. Robert Gray hasn't made little "oops!" mistakes as a cosmetic surgeon. He has made mistakes that may not be fixable. Mistakes that other doctors have never seen before. Mistakes that so are extreme that if it wasn't for the skilled and crafty lawyers that represent him...this man would've had his medical license taken away years and years ago. Easily.
He has NO clue the extent of the effects he has had on the patients he's disfigured because he doesn't even have the COMMON/HUMAN decency to admit something went wrong during a surgery. Or to even offer help and inform them what went wrong so they can find help elsewhere. Instead told them what they were feeling was completely routine and then turned his back completely.
It is perfectly human to make a mistake. I get that. We all do. Despite all the years and years of rigorous schooling that it takes to become a doctor. THEY MAKE MISTAKES TOO. Like I said, I get that. But I was under the impression (and I'm pretty sure most all would agree, especially those who has undergone ANY type of surgery) that when you step into that office the day of your procedure and you hand yourself over to another human being (Robert F. Gray) you assume that they will take the best possible care of you.
Unfortunately this man will not.
If reading this will keep ONE OTHER PERSON FROM SUFFERING THE PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL scarring of this man, then I will have a easier time sleeping at night.
DO NOT trust your face to this Facial Plastic Surgeon. You will regret it for the rest of your life, I promise you that.
I would've given anything to have been able to read this to the most important person in my entire life before they chose Dr. Robert F. Gray MD as their surgeon 4 years ago.
because there is no one more important in my world then my mother.

My mother went in to get botox a few weeks before my wedding. She came out looking like she just had a stroke. The Dr. administered botox above her right eye and said "sorry it must have leaked into your eye". The results- Dr Gray ruined our wedding pictures and gave my mom a lazy eye. I had friends and family coming up to me all week asking if my mother was alright- they thought she just had a stroke. I had to tell them that Dr Gray from MD Laser Spa injected botox above her eye and somehow it leaked down and for 6 months has to walk around with a lazy eye. After she walked into MD Laser Spa with her botched procedure all they offered her was a free massage and and a bad attitude. I then called to remedy the situation and all that they did was give me the run around and said they would call her to resolve the situation, but after a month of waiting I thought it was time to tell the story. At least they could have done is refund the $500. She is the nicest woman on the world and wouldn't say anything bad about MD Laser spa, but this story needs to be told because I don't want the same thing to happen to anybody else. We now have to throw away every picture she is in because she cries every time she sees herself looking that way. All she wanted to do was look pretty on the day that her ONLY SON was getting married- but instead has to walk around for another 4 months with a lazy eye looking like she just had a stroke.

Also ,had what was in his words,a very easy surgery.He left me disfigured .I went through nine surgeries to try to fix his terrible mess. I find it very hard to trust again.

I was a happy healthy attractive woman until I trusted Dr Gray to perform what I thought was pretty safe and minor cosmetic surgery. My world has completely changed since the surgery. I am experiencing horrific pain 24/7. I have facial nerve damage, trigeminal nerve damage. My mouth is disfigured and not functioning correctly, my eyes are a mess. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I am completely dumbfounded. He seemed like a really nice guy, confident, competent. I feel like I was put to sleep and assaulted. I have no idea what he did to me to cause all this damage. It is anyones worst nightmare.
