Spa Roma Urban Dream Spa

I had a wonderful facial and massage. It was a surprise gift from my boyfriend; I had never thought to try this spa out. Now I'll be coming here for all my future appointments!

I had an appt for both massage and manicure. The massage itself was pretty good, but the manicure I could have done myself if I had time and it would have probably looked as good. It is a very awkwardly set up business and seems very disorganized. I am not sure each employee communicates with the next as they seemed very unaware of what and when my services were. The nail tech was very rude. At one point I was told by my massage therapist to pick out a nail color and the nail tech asked me what I was doing in there. Then made another rude comment on my way out of the room where I went to sit in the waiting area, or presumed it was the waiting area as there was no one there to direct me. Overall it was very disappointing. I actually went as a gift from my husband as it was rated best spa last year, but I am guessing they may have been the only business that was rated, because I am not sure how it could have beat our other spas that I have been to.

This is a low place, the owner is very intimidating and very unprofessional all over. The customer service is bad from scheduling, down to just basically horrible. I also heard that if you get hired there they won't pay you. would never go there again.

I've visited Spa Roma several times and am always impressed with the wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff. The massage therapists are always polite and the massages are rockin! I hear that the pedicures are to DIE for so that will be my next appointment!
