i've worked on major events involving mister balloon and find him to be professional, talented and personable. he does what he's paid to do. you get what you pay for. if you skimp on budget, you won't have a big splash. but let him work up a plan and a quote and you won't be disappointed

Mr Balloon was a very large disappointment. He did not have the skills he claimed to have and did not accomplish what i paid for. I have had balloons at many events before and have never experience such a lack of skill. It looked very tacky and unprofessional, i was embarrassed my event was decorated in such a way.
