The service at the store was normal, they helped me find the perfect shoes for my wedding. I had received a coupon for 30% at a bridal show, but I had left it at home. The store let me put the shoes on layaway, so I could get the coupon. I put down $20, and was told they would hold the shoes for two months. I left feeling good that I had found the shoes for my wedding, but that is where the good feelings end.
A few weeks later I received a phone call about the shoes. I told the store I was going to pick them up in two weeks. (I don't live in the town where the stroe is located, and had to wait for a time when I did not have to work). I reminded them that I was told the shoes would be held for 2 months. I was then told that the shoes would ONLY be held if I made a payment every two weeks, this was conveinantly forgotten when I put them on layaway. When I told the store I did not feel I should have to be responsible for omitted information I was told I still had to follow the rules. When I asked if I could get the downpayment back I was told no. I looked up the consumer law and found that I did have the right to my money because the store violated the law by not giving me a written statement of the agreement. When I called him back I was told,"I'm busy and don't have time to teach you consumer laws." The store also insulted me by sarcastically stating "I'm glad you have an education."
I would strongly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Anyone in customer service who will insult their patrons does not deserve to be in business!

The store is very clean & well-organized. The salespeople really know how 2 help with ur needs for all the styles of shoes & are very friendly. Glamorous Heights has a big variety of shoes in all sizes 2 choose from. Definately will shop there again.

I have purchased all of my pageant and formal shoes from Glamorous Heights for years. This year I wore the most beautiful glass slippers with real Austrian crystal rhinestones for the Mrs. Oklahoma pageant and won. I would recommend Glamorous Heights for any wedding, prom or pageant. They have the most beautiful shoes in Oklahoma! Thanks Glamorous Heights!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Glamorous Heights Shoes in Tulsa. The staff there are very knowledgeable about how to get the right fit and perfect color for bridesmaid dresses. I was getting married and needed my shoes and 5 more for my bridesmaids. Because I waited till the last minute, I never expected to get them dyed in time. They dyed my shoes ivory while I waited, in just 5 minutes! Not only that but I was amazed at the selection this store had. There must have been over 200 styles of just white and dyeable shoes to choose from. And, everything was in-stock that I wanted to try on. My bridesmaids were just as happy, the store even had size 11 and 12 and wide width for one of my bridesmaids. Because the store does a group discount, we got 20% off on everyone's shoes! This is my new favorite shoes store! I will definitely suggest Glamorous Heights to all of my friends!
