Excellent Movers
In a word - excellent. I used New York cheapest Movers because I had used them before and been very satisfied with the service. This time, I was even more impressed with their care for my belongings. We had to move nothing but antique furniture that has been in my family for a number of years. Many of the pieces were over 100 years old. Some of them were very heavy and bulky. I was very nervous about this move because of the fact that we were dealing with antiques. An antique china cabinet was my biggest worry because of the bowed glass on the piece. If anything happened to that glass, it would be nearly impossible to replace. All of the pieces would be costly to try to replace or repair if they were damaged in any way -- and all of them held enormous sentimental value to me - so if they were harmed the emotional loss would also be great. When Mike and his crew arrived, I expressed my concerns to them, and they assured me they would be very careful and everything would be ok. They assessed the situation - we weren't moving everything from the house, and part of what we were moving was going to my condo while other items were going to storage. They got to work and began to carefully pack and wrap the antiques and move them carefully to the truck. Each member of the crew treated my precious antiques as if they were their own belongings.

Your company moved me from an upstairs apartment to my new home 25 miles away. I want to thank you for the job your company and your movers did. The truck arrived well within the two hour time frame. The three men who moved me were professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They completed emptying my apartment in what seemed record time. The truck arrived at my new home moments after I did and all items arrived in good condition. I freely and highly recommend your services. Thank you for all youve done and for treating me and my meager belongings with respect

I cancelled because I was forced to because your movers came three hours late. Not because I wanted to. Take ownership of the flaws within your company.

The absolute worse experience of all time. Simply said, our movers shows up two hours late with no apology whatsoever, with no compensation whatsoever, without any notification, and in fact they even lied and said the truck was 10 minutes away when they were still working on another move. The management is horrible and I would earnestly and honestly recommend that NO ONE use this moving company if possible. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I went through with this horrible moving company that takes no responsibility whatsoever for their clients satisfaction. They knew that I needed to be moved in by 5PM, said they would arrive at 2:00, and ended up showing up at 4:30 making my move impossible. In fact the manager even blamed it on me on the phone for reserving at 2PM when he was the one that asked me to book for 2PM. So please, please, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT do any business with them whatsoever. Michael was horrible from day one. They are just in it purely for the money and that is it. They do not care about their customers at all. They do not pick up the phone when you have questions or anything whatsoever.

So to make a long story short

DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable, hostile, and lie and cheat. He even threatened to not give me my deposit back until i told him I would report him to the better business bureau.

Thank you for your service today, March 19, 2008. Especially for sending Mike and the two workers along with him. From the moment Mike and I talked, it was done with the highest professional attitude. Mike worked hard and always with a smile on his face. He and the worker always thanked me and said "Yes maam" when responding to questions or comments about the move. I was blessed to have such a wonderful group of people come into my home. It was like I knew them already.
Thanks again for your wonderful staff.

I wish to commend Mike and his crew for their exceptional work and professionalism. Mike arrived as expected and was clear and concise in explaining the process and specific corporate procedures. The team went immediately to work and maintained a level of intensity and speed during the entire move that went beyond the call of duty. During the entire effort, Mike kept us fully apprised of the status and any clarification required of us by the team. They should also be commended for their patience and forbearance as we made several changes in final placement of furniture, which required additional effort on their part to which they responded with only good professional attitude and pleasant dispositions. Their effort reflects well on NY Cheapest Movers and Mike's leadership.

Dear New York Cheapest Movers,
On the morning of my move, I received a call from the moving company I had booked weeks in advance, to let me know that my move would be delayed a day.
It was the last day of the month, a Friday and holiday weekend? I can't even begin to tell you how angry I was. In a barrage of phone calls, I was lucky enough to come across New York Movers {Mike}, relocation specialist at your 800 number. He was incredibly helpful and calming, and from initial contact, I knew he was going to make a valiant effort to help me.
To make a long story short, within the hour - three movers in a clean professional moving truck pulled up to my house. The movers were very courteous, professional and hardworking.
Mike took a deposit from me over the phone but I was also charged the full amount at the end of the move. When I realized it - I made one phone call to Mike? He asked me to fax over the paperwork and he would process a refund.
The next day, I was contacted by your office for my credit card number so the refund could be processed. I was impressed that the information had been communicated, researched and that your office contacted me before I could even find my paperwork! Thank you again to Mike and your team for making my move a success.
I was moving into my first house and needless to say, it made a potentially horrible experience into a positive one, getting me off to a great start!

I would like to offer my praise for a timely and painless moving experience with the company New York Cheapest Movers. I was able to make my appointment online and received a prompt phone call from one of their representatives. The movers, two young, strong and polite men, arrived with their truck promptly and on time early in the morning. After our brief consultation on what items was to be moved and where, I quickly realized that they were willing to accommodate all of my requests. All items, including large and extremely heavy antique furniture and delicate mirrors, expensive electronic equipment, appliances etc. where handled with extreme care and packed securely. The moving truck was larger than needed and more than adequate. Moving from a house to an apartment up four flights of stairs would have taken me more than a weekend to complete on my own. With New York Cheapest Movers , I was able to complete this entire moving process in just one Saturday morning, without breaking a sweat. My co-worker had initially recommended this company and after doing my own research, I decided to use their services based on this recommendation and for the fact that the rates were considerably better than other companies. The movers even took any items that I no longer wanted away, which saved me a headache and a trip to the dumpster. I have since recommended New York Cheapest Movers to other friends and will continue to do so. I give this company a 10 out of 10 rating. They get the job done and done professionally for a good price.

The movers did a wonderful job. I am really glad that I chose New York Best Movers . Early, fast, friendly, respectful, hard working, courteous. Very good!!!! My furniture and boxed materials were handled by your workers with competence and care -They were the best!! These guys were incredible, professional plus very pleasant to work with. NY Cheapest Movers made my move from Brooklyn to great neck the easiest it could have possibly been and the most efficient. The price was very reasonable and the workers deserved their pay, treating my belongings as their own, and making the move fast and easy and hassle free. Thank you so much to the men that helped me and my satisfaction to you could never truly be expressed in words. I meant to send this email immediately after NY Cheapest Movers and the crew completed our move last
month but we have been so busy trying to organize our new home this is my first opportunity.

I have moved numerous times in my life and have used a great number of moving companies
across the USA but I have never experienced the quality and professionalism that NY Cheapest Movers and
his team member demonstrated on the day of our move. As you know we had to reschedule
you guy's numerous times due to schedule problems with the sale of our former home and
completion of the new home. Not once did NY Cheapest Movers say, NO. He always was extremely
cooperative and had the can do attitude that we strive to find in any service oriented business.
On the day of the move I had some business to do in New Jersey. NY Cheapest Movers came in and made my
wife and children feel very comfortable with his knowledge and abilities.
We have now been in our home for a little over a month and my wife has yet to find anything
broke or even scratched from the move. NY Cheapest Movers and his team members did a terrific job of
taking care with my wife's belongings.

I greatly appreciate your companies professionalism and concern for the client, if there is ever
anything we can do for you all please do not hesitate to contact us.

I moved mid April 2007 and first off, he was the only moving company who personally came and gave an estimate (how can you tell how much it will cost if you don't see for yourself?). That really impressed me.
Eric from New york Cheapest Movers came in and gave me a fair quote and estimate. Let me tell you I had a lot to move! 3 Bedrooms, basement, backyard, full Kitchen, dining room and family room.

The guys came in over 2 days and moved everything without a hitch. Even stayed late the first nite getting it done.

Very Happy Customer. New York Cheapest Movers is responsible, and his guys are trustworthy. Nothing went missing or damaged and they show up on time.

1 week after the move I had a sofa delivered and the delivery company wouldn't bring it into my house. (They left it on the sidewalk!) I called Mike from new york Cheapest Movers , and he came couple of hours later and he and his mate moved it into my sunroom. And he didn't want to charge me anything!!!!
I left a nice tip and highly recommend this company New York Cheapest Movers and his crew.

Thanks Sam ! You are the bomb!

"I had to write and express my total satisfaction with NY Chheapest Movers and its staff in my move from New York City to Washington, D.C. Everything went as smoothly as you said it would and I was able to enjoy my trip across country without having to worry about a thing. we needed someone to unload our truck coming from west virginia to our new residence in new york city , we were a little nervous about how to choice a movers , we start it our search thought the internet on citysearch, and the best rated moving companie was Remarkable Movers , so we call them and let me tell you something their costumer service is one of a kind , they are very polite , pro , we were not disappointed with the movers , came on time , very energetic movers , we will definitely use and recommend them , thank you Remarkable Movers , the best and reliable movers , the new york cheapest movers ,
