Excellent customer service!

This is, by far, the best customer service I've received in a very long time. I ordered a snack basket for a friend in the hospital. Tamara called the hospital multiple times to find out the room number and refused to just drop off the basket at the nurse's station. Instead, she waited until my friend was finally moved from "overflow" to a real room. She then took the time to visit with my friend for a couple of minutes. She also followed up with a phone call to me to let me know that she had finally been able to deliver the basket. I am so impressed by the service that she provided that I will definitely be recommending her business to my friends and family. I *never* would have gotten this type of personal service from FTD.com nor did they offer same-day delivery on the item that I wanted.
