My daughter went in for a cut, hair cut was uneven, manager/owner was UNPROFESSIONAL and gave us our money back and told us she was having a bad day UNPROFESSIONAL ON HER PART.

I have been going to Dramatics for close to five years now. I absolutely love it! I have since moved, and its a half hour drive to get there but I will never go anywhere else. Colleen is amazing and so much fun. She recently did my hair for my wedding, and that was fabulous too!

I have so much fun whenever I go into Dramatics and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a full service salon. The women there are so friendly and funny that I doubt I'll ever go hunting for another salon again. The prices are incredibly reasonable and I've never walked out unhappy.

I went to Dramatics before it was even called Dramatics and I am very impressed by the salon more now then ever. All of the ladies are extremely pleasant every time I walk through the door. The atmosphere is so great that It doesn't matter how long my hair takes, I enjoy every second that I am there.

I went to Dramatics to get my blonde hair touched up on 11/10/2007. When the coloring was done I still had some very noticeable dark roots. I asked the woman who did my hair if she could get the roots, since that was the reason I made the appointment. She told me that with the technique she used that was impossible. She consulted with another employee who was extremely rude and kept asking me why I wanted my roots to match the rest of my hair - I felt like I was in some kind of bizarro salon! Doesn't everyone want their roots to match their hair? Finally they did them over and they were ORANGE. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 10 years and have never had this happen. I asked her to put toner on it and she refused, saying it wouldn't help. I paid $92 and spent three hours to look ridiculous.

I had an appointment with Colleen and she just wowed me! Not only did my hair turn out perfect she had a great personality!! I would definitely recommend to friends, family and strangers (because people have stopped and asked me). Call ahead because she books up fast!

After five years with the same hairdresser downtown, I was hesitant to switch, but location & cost were major factors. I was so incredibly pleased with the results I found at Dramatics in Lakewood. Sue was the woman who highlighted & cut my hair AND waxed my eyebrows. I happily discovered that they are a full service salon - hair, waxing, nails, etc.
Sue took a good 10 minutes to actually talk to me & listen to what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. She told me what she thought would be best for my hair type, color, face shape, etc. I actually learned some things I didn't know before! I am so very happy with the outcome & I will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who cares about how they look for prices that won't break the bank.

I have been going to Dramatics for over a year now and it is the best place. I will never go to another salon. Colleen does my hair all the time and she makes the time very enjoyable. She talks to you and laughs with you. She is so awesome! The place is just wonderful and everyone seems happy to be there when I go. I got my mom hooked too and won't let her go anywhere else. This is a great salon and I'd refer everyone to this place men, women, and children. Keep up the good work and I'm sure everyone will keep coming back, I know I will!

i went to dramatics salon to get my hair done a week ago, and not only did my hair turn out great, but the overall experience was wonderful. the girl who did my hair was named colleen, she was the most beautiful and hilarious person i have ever met. i felt so at home at the salon, almost like i had known her my whole life. i would strongly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a fun and exciting place to go, with great service and great prices. thanks dramatics!!!

Tried a hair salon on Detroit ave in Lakewood today,wow nice shop,walked in and got color and hair cut.Best hair cut and color I ever had for 68$,trust me I tried them all & paid 80$ to 90$.She sold me Redken color care shampoo & conditioner to keep my color from fading,and then showed me how to style my hair with a round brush,so I can do it myself.The girl that did me was named Susan,she sure knew her colors,and the way she showed me how to keep my style was awsome.
