We heard that Uncle Joe's served good Chinese food, comparable to New York City's Chinatown restaurants, so we decided to check it out. Yes, the food was good, but it was not worth the hour wait for a table, especially when the hostess told us it would only be 20 minutes. The Grand Mariner Prawns with broccoli and walnuts was very good, the "Happy Family," a combination or shrimp, chicken and beef was a little salty. Our service was good and quick, although when I asked for a refill of iced tea, the waiter came back and said they were all out of iced tea.
All in all the food was good for the price, I wouldn't say it was as good as new York City's Chinatown and it definitely was not worth waiting an hour.
We love to try new places, but this is one I don't think we will be going back to.
