Some of these reviews posted seemed a bit negative, but I live in Fishers so it's a close place to home so I thought I'd try it since my stylist has moved to L.A. My experience was great. It's a beautiful relaxing place and I have found a treasure close to home! I never write these things but had such a great experience I wanted to share! My haircut experience was good, Adrianna ( I think that was her name) did a great job and I will be back for my color but I was blown away by the facial i received! The facialist was amazing, Nichole gave the best hand and foot massage Ive ever had and my skin looked fab for days! Truly one of the most relaxing spa services Ive ever had! I was welcomed when I walked in and felt great when I floated out. I have found my new home for much needed maintenance and relaxation.

I have been a client of Villaggio for sometime... I have noticed several key things that have turned me off to this spa.1. It seems as the basics are slipping through the cracks- customer service, fresh water (their lemon and cucumber), a clean environment, and friendly staff. (I over heard several girls complaining about the manager..(Not what I want to hear while I'm trying to enjoy myself.)2. Several of the service provider I used to use are no longer there.. I'm taking it they got out before it got to bad... (Just a guess)3. Pretty sure they don't have a liquor license.. and the girl who served me - wasn't 18 much less 21!!!!4. Who is medically licensed to shoot me up with botox? a has been nurse or do I need a physicain?5. In Zionsville, I requested the couples suite... being I was alone I couldn't have it... even though their was no one booked to use it the rest of the afternoon. 6. Seems Like I've found my old service provider at a chiropractors office in fishers I love him!!!

I had an appointment for a 30-minute relaxation massage which is described as a full body massage in their brochure. When the therapist came in the room, she told me that 30 minutes was not enough time for a full body massage. She offered that I could reschedule for one hour for the full body or have the 30 minute anti-stress massage. I stayed, but that in itself added to the stress because I did not get what I had come there for.

Confirm your services so that you won't be disappointed.

The messages were wonderful and loved the atmosphere but my friend and I were quoted prices before we arrived and when we went to pay....we were over charged by 45 dollars. I explained to the gentleman that we didn't have the pedicure and he still charged us for a package we did not receive. Now they do not want to refund the money, they want to give us a credit. Why would you want to go back to a place that over charges and does not want to give you a refund!! and still calls me by the wrong last name!

I have visited the majority of the day spas in the Indianapolis area and all I have to say about my experience at Villaggio is-WOW! I visited the Fishers location during my Thanksgiving break and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff was very welcoming and my facial and deep tissue massage were out of this world! When I discovered they had a second location on the very far west side of Carmel I just had to try it out. My husband and I went for a Couples Massage last week which was incredible! The spa is beautiful and the staff was equally kind, talented, and professional. Great job keep up the good work!!!

My husband and I have been to the Villaggio before for massage and I had a facial as well. I was taken back to the Women's changing area while he was taken to the Men's. The Women's area was very nice, warm colors and comfy robes. My husband reported that the men's area had a flat screen tv and leather chairs that he enjoyed while waited for his massage therapist to knock on the door to let him know they were ready to start the service. He liked that he had he's own area and wasnt sitting in a room full of women, waiting for his massage. Big plus. We both had great services and will definately be back.

I took my 14 year old daughter to Villagio for her first "highlighting" and cut. When we walked in the receptionist was very obviously on a personal call, she took her time and finished her conversation and then asked if she could help us. She was not very welcoming and acted like she was doing us a favor by greeting us. I did note that after she left and a new receptionist came, the new receptionist was much more welcoming and greeted everyone who came in the door. She even came into the waiting area and asked all who were there if she could get them anything to drink. My daughter's hair stylist was very nice and gave my daugher a nice highlighting, but barely cut anything off of her hair. She charged us $140.00 which I thought was too much for just a slight trim. I would have said something, but anyone who has a teenage daughter knows that that would have embarassed her to death! The door separating the waiting area from the hair styling area was left open and it was very noisy. I also thought that for a place such as this they could offer more than just water and orange juice. Perhaps a soft drink?

I visited Villaggio for the first time this past weekend. It was a much needed relaxing day of beauty for myself. I started off with a massage and I could of left happy right then! Next I had a facial and it was wonderful. I also received a pedicure and even that was heavenly. Then, I had my hair colored and cut. My stylist was so professional and it was obvious that she was extremely educated. She really helped me discover what color and style was best for me and still suited my lifestyle. It is the best haircut and color I've ever had. I absolutely love it. Even the front desk staff was great. They brought me a glass of wine and some water after that. I didn't have to ask for a thing. They had me take care of my bill before I started my incredible day so that I could just walk out "on air" when I was finished with my services. Everyone there was so thoughtful and professional... a great combination.
BRAVO to VILLAGGIO!

I was recently in Villaggio with a group of friends from college for a spa day! I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the service was AMAZING! We have tried almost all the other "high profile" salons in the past few years, but I think I speak for everyone by saying Villaggio is our new favorite! I hope they keep up the wonderful job!

I recently visited Villaggio and had a wonderful experience. The spa is very impressive, professional, and welcoming. I feel without the great staff and their willingness to make me feel comfortable the day wouldn't have been as great! Most places I just feel like another client, but I felt very special at Villaggio. Thanks!

I visit spas all over the country and rarely am I impressedVillaggio was extremely impressivefrom the cleanliness of the rooms to the shear beauty of the atmosphere Villaggio was a pleasant surprise to the usual mundane surroundings of Indiana. I cant wait until the new location opens up right beside my house in Carmel!!!

We had a great time there, My friends and I got a day at the spa, it was great everyone there was nice and the spa is great. The offer so many services that we could not choose. We did give the staff a hard time because we wanted so much and it was our day. They did great with all of our changes and I would like to thank them for that so if you are looking for a group party go there you will have a BLAST and the Owner is great she keeps a smile on her face and the staff love her and that is were you will be happy is when the staff is happy. I recently moved here from California, the land of the day spa, and was very dissappointed by the mediocre Indiana day spas( and I tried them all) UNTIL I happened upon Villaggio in Fishers.

FINALLY a tranquil, first-class spa with a fabulous staff.

The front desk always welcomes me back with a warm smile.

I have tried many facials, masage, body scrubs and even get my hair done- color & cut- in the salon. Each service I have received has been great.

The therapists are professional, courteous, and friendly. They remember my name!

Villaggio is by far the ONLY SPA I would recommend in Indy and the only place I bring my out of town friends.

Everyone who is visiting or live in the Indianapolis area needs to make Villaggio a priority in life. Get your nails done, awesome pedicures....get a massage....have always LOVED my massages there...get your hair done...my stylist is there but so many good stylists to choose from...TOP NOTCH!!!!!! I even have had a body scrub and facial and felt like a million bucks after both!!!! This place is a must!!! An nour service or a full day of pampering...this place is great!!!! Relaxation room, men's private lounge, wine upon request, amazing brownies...you can have lunch there...you name it -this place is golden!!!

Where do I start? I am a bride-to-be and wanted a relaxing day with my wedding party. I had endless conflicts from the first time I called to try to schedule services to the time of checking out. The following conflicts will be explained in more detail below: unavailable manager, unreturned calls, unavailable services, inappropriate protocol from male masseuse, miscommunication on services, over charge.

I do not live in Indianapolis and attempted to schedule a group service for myself and for my wedding party in advance, in hopes to make sure everything would work out nicely. Upon calling the first time, the group services manager was not available. After leaving my contact information and specific services/spa packages desired, the manager called back and left a very non-informative message a few days later. We were essentially playing phone tag, and disappointing information was not learned until a week later. By the time we finally spoke, the day and spa packages we were interested in were unavailable. We spoke and I made tentative appointments for four women, with different services; thinking this spa was supposed to be one of the best in Indy. The manager was to call me back to confirm the services for a final timeshe never called back.

All but one woman had previously had a professional massage. She was not informed nor asked in advance that her masseuse would be a male. On top of this, her masseuse did not provide a relaxing massage, which was what her massage was called. This is due to his lack of concentration while massaging because he was continuously attempting to engage my friend in conversation.

Two out of the three manicurists were comforting and pleasant during the services. Mine, unfortunately, was not. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with what she was sharing about her personal life, rushed, and neglected because she attended to other clients.

Finally, after all the disappointing and unprofessional services, there was an overcharge for a manicure and a pedicure. This issue could have been easily resolved had the group services manager been on duty. In turn, I was made to pay the overcharge, knowing there could be a possibility I was not going to see my money returned. I will let you know the outcome
