first of all... it's a pleasant surprise when you get greeted when you walk into a business (l.a. seems to lack that part of customer service). not only were they informative, they were nice, polite, and not pushy. they have something for everybody in every price. i've been there twice and the first time spent an hour looking at everything, second time i brought my fiance and we still spent an hour just looking at everything. basically, great customer service, informative, and well diverse

Staff was very friendly, Shrini helped out a lot, and was super friendly. Best Hookah Lounge & Smoke Shop Ever.

Srini is very knowlegable and was very helpful. and the prices were good.
My wife and I are from Arizona, we found this shop on a visit to Hollywood a few months ago. We have come back twice now.
When we came back this second time we hoped he would still be there and he was.
We recommend this shop highly!

One of the best places to visit while in Hollywood, the pretty girls smoking Hookah lured us in and we are fans now, one of the best sheesha we had, i think it was called Fuzzy. I have been going to Mike's for a while and this certainly is a step up. They are open till 3 AM which is a plus.

Good stuff. I'll be a regular customer. Great setting/mood. High quality tobacco. A good place to come in a get away from the chaos outside and just chill.

I found myself wandering in the store 2 days ago with no real intention of purchasing an item. I must say once I walked in I was impressed with the inventory. As I admired the items I was approached by Shrini who was very nice and definitely very accommodating to any questions I had. I ended up leaving about 20 min. later with his business card. The next day I thought more and more about this one item I decided I just had to have. I went back the following day with Shrinis card and info on the item we had discussed. When I walked in he was there and remembered me right away. We chatted for a little bit at which point I told him I had to have that item. He even threw in a free bag for me! Needless to say next time I am in the market for a new piece of amazing art I know where I will go and who I will be talking to!!

This is a beautiful new lounge/shop. The prices are great and the staff knows their stuff to be sure. Srini helped me out in picking the perfect piece to add to my colection :) 5 stars!

The Service is great, and the guys who work here are super smart. They know everything about the glass and products that they sell, I guarantee you will never get ripped off shopping here. And, for the record, that's now much all hookah bars are about $8-$14.

Loved the way this hookah lounge & smoke shop is setup. the front is the hookah lounge where i got the best service from marie.. cute lil hookah server. highly recommend exotic peach, will make your mouth water. good job with the place will be back on the weekend.

The Hookah Lounge has become very popular. It's hard to get a table late on a Friday or Saturday night. The apple flavored tobacco is the best. These Hookah's are the very best money can buy so its easy to sit back and relax. No need to share the pipes. there is one for everyone.

the girl was rude and the hookah was $10. WAAAAAAYYYY overpriced. I will never go back! Its small, with no music and the place smelled.

stumbled upon this place in Hollywood, while we were deciding where to chill in Hollywood. it's really a nice place, kinda narrow but very chill. the blonde girl working there was very sweet, European i guess. the hookah was the best i have ever smoked, picked some up next door where they have the biggest head shop, the tobacco was $10 but worth it. Good place to chill and hangout, we paid $14 for the two of us, and they hooked us up with free parking in the back.
