All Around Tents Inc.

we used all around tents for our Christmas party. It will be the last time we will ever use them. The set up was fine, but when it started to rain come to find out that they did not put any rain gutters for proper drainage. The tent bubbled in several areas. One area was for than four feet of water. I have pictures ti prove it. After several calls they came out and said they fixed it. They poked a whole where the bubble of water was. That is where it leaked when it rained again. The heaters that they brought worked for about the first 45 minutes of the party and then just blew air. We had almost three people that can attest to this. William Shatner and his wife, Judy Kennedy were in attendance along with several other noted and well respected people. After the party I asked what they were going to do about it and Christine Fakul, the "owner" of the comapny said they had no control of the weather. I told her I knew that but they did have control over the set up and the heaters that did not work. I signed the contract when they finished setting up, but had no idea that when it would rainf after the set that it would bubble the way it did because of no rain gutters that they did not supply or set up. I tried getting a hold of whomever was in charge in case of emergencies to no avail. The guy apologized later and told me he was out of reach. So much for the emergency number. Do not use this company. The worst experience i had ever had with a company like this.

This company has a great track record when it comes to making quality custom & standard tents. The company has wonderful customer service and is willing to give the best competitive prices and quick delivery. Try them out, you won't be dissappointed.
